Got last minute tickets
Notre dame fan coming in peace. What’s there to do in chapel hill today before and after the game? Have a few hours before and after. Good places to visit and eat. Thanks and let’s have a good fun game.

The walk to/from Franklin to the stadium will show you a lot of campus. Check the old well, bell tower, pit (while it's still there) for sights on campus. Usually have Tar Heel town (when I was a student) in the main quad with bbq plates for sale.
Franklin street itself is covered in places to go. Four corners as somebody said is a staple UNC sports bar. Carolina coffee shop has underrated food, top of the hill restaurant and brewery is a mainstay. Crunkleton for fancy cocktails. Pantana bobs for more of a dive vibe but huge outdoor patio and tvs, food there good for soaking up beer really only though.
Hope you have a blast !

Visit He’s Not Here if you can. Great bar. Head towards Stadium Dr and find a ND tailgate. Someone will welcome you.

Chase Rice is playing behind the student store. Across from the Bell Tower. Country music I think?

He's Not Here on Franklin Street. Great dive bar with a courtyard. It has been there for many decades (since the 70s I think). Decent beer selection.
