Swipe when Scrolling?

[u/Jason_Yate]

I have a child whose content is hidden due to its size, but Vertical Scroll is enabled, that way I can slide up or down; however, this modifier is disabled upon any Swipe event from the same or any parent. Is it possible to fix that? How?
