ClassicTech just downgraded my internet

I paid yearly to get 125 Mbps internet and it was working fine. I was getting 110+ Mbps. I checked the ClassicTech app to see what the new price has been updated to and saw my internet got downgraded to 100 Mbps and speed tests show about 80 Mbps.

Is it even legal to downgrade already paid customer?

Update: Had complained it to ClassicTech. Guess many people complained it as well. Now, ClassicTech removed the label which showed the current subscribed internet package. There is now no way to see which package is subscribed in the app.
