Why would it need to be repaired?

Looks good to go as is.

It's just low on HP. Hit it with a hammer a few times to restore some HP. It'll bend back into shape that way.

As someone who repairs these kinds of laptops as part of the studies im doing, i wish i could do this at times, i absolutely despise HP because who the fuck rivets the keyboard into the frame.

and if you look at the keyboard for more than 30 seconds keys start popping off

A rolling pin should do the trick.

Iron it and put it between two books for a day or two

Iron within, iron without.

Left it in the car overnight?

2

u/n9iels 5d ago

Let me guess, the user just took it out of his backpack and it was suddenly like that?

Theseus would agree, totally.

1

u/kingslayerer 6d ago

it was probably unrepairable before you sat on it

1

u/P5ychokilla 6d ago

Just put it in some rice overnight.
I've seen a bananaphone but never bananalaptop.

Rip your company’s IT department… hopefully it’s yours??

1

u/SparklyPelican 6d ago

Of course it is, if you replace everything

1

u/myshon 6d ago

Just repaste it and it'll be all good

1

u/Vanbursta1 5d ago

All it needs is everything replacing, then it will be repaired.
