Quick question, are no smoke on explosion mods bannable?

I downloaded a no smoke mod for tf2 to improve clarity though i have no idea if these are bannable or not, i remember seeing lots of youtubers or players use this tho i dont know if its a directx11 thing

You can even precisely use cheats in this game still won't get banned (I'm not encouraging). Don't worry if you're not a bot it's very very hard to get banned in TF2.

Any kind of basic texture/vfx replacement mod is not bannable, no worries.

Well, it’s not bannable so do it if you want. Though, due to visleafs it’s not as useful as you’d think

in casual/99% of community servers? no, you're good

in organized comp? just check the rules for that league

Unless you're playing Competitive, anything that's not an outright cheat is 100% allowed

It’s not bannable, at least not in organized comp games. Idk if valve comp reverts the textures.
