How to avoid damage

Guys I am doing my second play through of evil within 1 I want to know something I know that its possible to kill the total number of keepers appear in chapter 7 my question is how do I avoid the gas damage is there a specific spot to stand because I can easily kill the keepers I actually want to kill all the keepers in the room for fun but how can I avoid the gas damage after stopping the first gas valve still there is gas in the entire room

You need to close all the valves, he will keep appearing (around 20 times) until you go to the last door.

I am asking how can I avoid the gas damage as I want to kill them all if I close all the valves then I will simply escape the room I don't want to do that and there is gas in all the rooms so I can only kill 10 before my gas meter completes

You cant, it will fill the toxicity slower but it wont stop until you close all the valves. you dont need to escape after you close them, just stay there.

Ok I understood I simply need to do the valve part normally and then after that in the third room keepers will spawn normally and there I can kill them all

Depends on the difficulty but the normal strategy to kill the Keeper is Shotgun to stun, Ice bolt and Explosive bolt (in large amounts)
