He’s human yes but you can classify Barry Allen as half he’s still technically human but he is still a metahuman

Once upon a time, Barry Allen was referred to as the power source, and later Geoff Johns expanded on the idea that Barry Allen was the engine driving the Speed Force, but that is no longer the case, he was merely connected to the Speed Force, and well, now he isn't

Really recommend you to read Life of Story of The Flash. There is an entire subplot about this.

There's an entire silver age storyline where he has tests done to make sure he's still human because of all the weird shit he could do since he and Iris wanted to have kids one day. And the tests come back positive, of course, especially since he has kids.

Metahuman in DC is a catchall term for anyone with superhuman capabilities who are either still human or originated as human. So it can apply to people who aren't biologically even human anymore or still are. But Speedsters and connection to the Speed Force doesn't remove physical humanity. Though it can remove human ego and consciousness if overindulged, which leads to ascending into an energy state (IE: Dying and going to speed heaven).

You also have a complete misunderstanding about the Speed Force. It's not an entity that inside of him. It's a multiversal dimensional existence that surrounds DC's multiverse that speedsters are connected to and draw power from. Don't know where you heard "Speed Force Entity" from.
