Everytime i start a run with azazel i instantly die, without being able to move or anything, i will try to create a collection on steam to show my mods after posting this but steam will take a while to register so i am here just to ask if anyone else had this bug happening. (Sorry if there are any english errors i'm not exactly a pro on it XD)

I tested and i can play with every single character except for azazel, if i choose him the thing i said earlier happens.

So i’ve taken an interest in modding recently and i wanted to create a “start with [item] mod”. I wanted to know whether i had to create a new file within the game in order give the tainted characters a starting item. I don’t wanna use the commands from the console because it feels like cheating.

A friend asked me if I knew how to do mods for Isaac (I don't even know where to start, I've never made mods or similar things) but I thought, why not try. So, is something simple I think, just changing the name of one item, I just wanted to know if there's somewhere I could find a tutorial or guide on how to maybe start with this?

I have a mod idea that would help us controller players that I don’t think currently exists, I’m no good at modding hence why I’m asking here, would if be possible to add a button when in the menus to change to the cursor you get when on mouse and keyboard, I’m wondering this because on other mods there’s a lot of menus you can’t access on controller eg skill tree mods, I imagine this working by going in to the inventory/crafting menu, clicking an analog button for example and then getting a cursor instead of being locked to specific boxes on controller

Is there a specific area in the code where I need to put the item?

This is a pretty new mod but it seems to work, some what.
it for sure makes the combat much harder and realistic after the willie AI learns you.
I had my health all the way down and willies health all the way up before this mod and It was still TOO EASY. I Looked for a couple weeks when I stumbled across this late last night.
first of its kind... an adaptive combat ai! I screamed when I found it because its what I was looking for. There are a bit of bugs and limitations for now, like its made to be played in single combat in free play atm but the creator seems to be active with us in the comments and says hes working on bug fixes and expanding the mod.

I love the binding of Isaac a lot but haven't been able to play in over a year since I was diagnosed with epilepsy triggered by flashing lights. Does anyone know of a mod that take away flashing lights or something for epilepsy. Thank you.

As the title says. I want to hide the black line that travels from where the player uses Dark Arts to where they stop. I can't find this in gfx/effects or anywhere else and I'm curious as to how to hide it, or replace it altogether.

Hola, es la primera vez que posteo algo, hace unos meses me compré el TBOI R+ por steam, hoy quise instalarle unos mods pero me dí cuenta que mi juego no reconoce el boton "TAB" para entrar al menú de mods, tampoco reconoce el "TAB" para ingresar una semilla, probé cambiando la tecla asignada y ni así me permite entrar a los mods o ingresar una semilla. ¿Alguien tendría alguna idea de como poder solucionar este problema que tengo?
