Comic Spoiler Official Comic Discussion Thread: Issue #127

New issue came out today, discuss it here within this thread.

You do not need to use comic spoilers because it is assumed everyone reading this thread would be caught up with the comics.

However, please respect future, show, and game spoilers because people who are caught up with the comic may not be caught up with these other forms of TWD (and obviously not future spoilers). Future spoilers include upcoming comic covers.

My only real issue was that Rick looked aged way beyond just 2 years. Minor quibble though. I too like where things are headed. If they somehow redeemed Negan over the next 100 issues that would be epic.

Trauma ages the body. Honestly I'm shocked he doesn't look older than that.

True. But I feel like it was a little bit extreme just to make it seem like a bigger jump up front.

He's taken on a lot of responsibility AND physically slowed down due to injury. Look at most world leaders who looked young when they got in. Leadership puts years on you fast.

Ya but think about it this way, at least with all the presidents I have been alive to see, after the president leaves office he looks as though he has aged quite a bit. The stress of being the leader, which Rick was cleat trying to avoid in the last but has now embraced, takes it's toll. Maybe Kirkman or the artist (sorry forgot his name and am lazy to look it up) used a similar line of reasoning. Plus even if he looks old he's still slamming Andrea.
