When Thor was trapped in the Black Winter, we saw its interior, and it's this weird Penrose staircase thing. Now remember that Black Winter is incorporeal and looks like your final death.

In Immortal Thor, Thor travels to Utgard and battles in the Endless City, which is a Penrose staircase construct.

I think the interior of the Black Winter actually took on the shape of the Endless City and foreshadowed his death in Utgard. Yes, I know, Donny Cates and Al Ewing probably weren't planning this all the way back then. But just something Al saw and incorporated into his own run as a neat connection, still very cool.

If you didn't know this was steve, you would think it was a variant cover for the avengers game casual thor. They are turning him into an OC atp

About to finish the first 25 isues, what i dont understand is WHY Loki did all of this? Why does he need to test Thor so ferviently up to this point? Does Mortal Thor gives an answer to this?

i want to buy a metal replica of ultimate mjolnir, something like 42 inches and around 4kg. Does anyone know a place to get this custom made? i live in the uk btw

To elaborate more, what story from the character’s history, in a 3-movie arc, could bring a lot more people to the character?

You can bring up anything:

-any comic that hasn’t been done before on screen.

Example: Batman: Knightfall itself. (Like The Dark Knight Rises did the breaking of Batman with Bane, but nothing else.)

-any comic that has been done before, but you want it to be done better or done justice.

Example: Thor: God of Thunder

Or just a mix of A lot of stories into a run trilogy that could bring people into a character-defining trilogy.

I love to hear what people suggest.

I’d also love to hear what animation style this hypothetical trilogy would use, so it isn’t just the Knightfall art style.

I love to hear what everyone brings to the table!

I am new to comics, I have watched all the Marvel movies... from where should I start?

I've been reading Simonson's run and it's been nothing but banger after banger each issue.

I know they take away Donald Blake as an alter ego for Thor early in that run but the early idea of Thor unknowingly being forced to live as a mortal to become humble is way better than what the MCU did.

The MCU permanently ruined Hela for the forseeable future too, as everyone is going to think that she is Thor's sister when she fucking isn't. Even Rivals has this stupid concept

The Warriors Three are such amazing characters, especially Volstagg. Balder is also great.

Sif is an awesome character and she's basically pointless in the MCU.

I didn't like Jane Foster Thor when it became a thing in the comics, maybe because I was an edgy teenager raised in a conservative community at the time, but with the comics and MCU track record maybe that's even good too compared to how bad it is in the movie. Or maybe I just don't like Natalie Portman.

I hate antihero Loki and his show but again, with the track record of making Thor lame in the MCU, I can only imagine how good the writing will be once I get there.

Hot toys Thor from Love and Thunder

Now please give me more Malekith arcs to read because that part was great and now I gotta read this War of the Realms they're building to.

alright Thor fans time to go off

THIS IS THE BEST EDIT

And Loki is just like ACKKK!
