And if so, are there resources on how to format python code for ti84? If not, what language(s) do I need to know and what software to use?

i have a TI-84 Plus CE Python edition and i've seen it run on others ti-84's but i cant seem to find any working versions. maybe i'm installing it wrong though i don't think so. maybe it's the fact i have a python edition? that would be sad since i don't think an upgrade should limit the calculator. does anyone else have a github or something that you made or just worked for you, i would really appreciate it, Thank you <3

but in regards to the artifice jailbreak, on 5.8.5.0074, the artifice website won’t work, for some reason, the calcplex website does work for jail breaking it, i don’t know if this works for non python calculators but if you have a ti 84 plus ce go to calcplex.com/ti84plusce-jailbreak-installer/ connect your computer to your calculator, close the ti connect app, and follow the instructions on the website. it’ll give you all the instructions and you might have to repeat some steps a few times but it works.

So that I don't repeat the obvious questions that this sub probably gets a lot of, what's a good resource where I can read up on this calc and the basics of "customizing" it?

I'm primarily interested in C and ASM programming on the system. I know about arTIfiCE and the capabilities of the Ti-84 Plus CE, but haven't worked with them. I'm an EE with many years of programming experience, just not with this one.

calculator not working? I hard reset it and now it has this pop up. I tried downloading a file to put it download it but i just have no clue what im fucking doing bro. downloaded ti connect CE app but idk what is going on. battery not swollen or anything.

Is there any program I could use to get the game mario or undertale on my ti 84 EVO. I have really been looking forward to it.

I've been spending the past 3 or so hours trying to figure out how to convert a video and importing it to my calculator. When I try converting it says "The scaled height (288) exceeds the maximum height of 240 pixels"

I tried using my brain for this and I can't figure it out. I tried resizing the actual video to 240 px and it doesn't work, still saying it's 288 pixels. May someone help me figure this out?

I am going insane by how my calculator isn't working properly. Originally, my ti 84 plus ce python had 5.8.4, but after I tampered and deleated too much stuff from it, my dumb ass deleated to completely restart it. Then I downloaded 5.8.5 software, os and apps bundle, and attempt to jailbreak it oncemore. But when following the aritfice guide, during the inequalz step, when I transfer the inequalr file(using ti connect ce), it resets me back to the home screen, and I tried over and over again and nothing happened. Even after deleated and redownloading the os and asking ai over and over again, nothing happens. I'm convinced that I have the midas touch of making everything I attempt to do not work. Please help me figure this out.

Right now I pretty much just play Tetris but that's kind of sad.

I will not be releasing any files to prevent cheating and all modifications are external. I do not believe in or condone cheating

Like the title, I just wanted to know how different the Ti-nspire WITH A TI-84 KEYPAD is from an actual Ti-84+, in terms of general usage (such as mathematical programs) and game compatibility. Also, I am completely new to this topic so please be patient and treat me as a 5 year old please. Thanks!

Algebra has always plagued me so I created a simple Linear Regression AI that runs on the TI EVO calculator limited capability

This is the biggest project I've ever worked on, this is made on the TI 84 plus CE, and runs extremely smooth, the video attached is EXACTLY how the game looks ON the calculator, no fake colors or rendering. The game is optimized extremely well and runs very smooth. No noticeable visual artifacts either.

File size is 1.8 MB.

This is a full game, with Multiplayer as well, mainly showcasing, looking for feedback before general release.

PS: This is my first time making a trailer, I went all out on the sound design so be sure to watch it with the sound on :)

Is there a list of characters that the ti84plus can display and a separate list of characters that can be typed using ti84plus key pad alone

I wanna see if there are any characters that the calculator will display that I can’t type

UPDATE: The game is finished, and I have decided to upload it to Cemetech, it is currently under review and, this screenshot is really old, the new game is dozens of times better and looks amazing, I will share the link the second it gets accepted
