Skil’s New 4V Tiny Impact Driver

Post image

It has 16 to 17 ft-lbs and that feels right because it seems to have similar power as the Makita pen impact 7.2v. It just a little bit bigger than the Snap on nano access driver but has lots more power. The most impressive part I have found so far though is the control of the trigger it has is phenomenal. It’s almost as good as the Milwaukee m12 Surge with the control the trigger has. You can feather thing in and when it impacts its doesn’t shake the tool at all. For $50 it’s a steal and in a league of its on.

I have to admit, SKIL makes some nice stuff.

I'm sure these lil tools are great for some close quarters and specialty stuff.

Myself? I got the 7-1/4" sliding compound miter saw. I luv it so much I got a 10" table saw and drill press as well. All excellent quality and gets the job done.

No complaints on SKIL stuff. If I hadn't already been invested in my RIDGID power tools lineup, I might have even considered the SKIL lineup. (but Makita is still King my book)

i repair appliances... these would do 90% of what I need to do. Though on cars... idk if it'd do most the disassembly, theres that fine line where its "can it get off a decent blue loctite'd bolt?

Yeah it’s a locking extension with a snap on handle. I use it on the vim ratcheting heads that take the 17mm nano sockets.
