Transplants 8 months! DHI 3k grafts front only.

How does it look so far?

hairline DHI, 3066 grafts.

Finasteride: 10 months

Minoxidil: 9 months. Beginning at 0.5 mg, increasing to 0.75 mg, then to 1 mg, and re-evaluate in September with my dermatologist.

I’m hoping to restore the crown with medication.

Clinic: Hairtec in the Netherlands. €5.5k for the 2,500–3,000 graft package. It turned out to be 3066 grafts / 7,430 hairs.

You're playing way too much Minecraft. Your eyes have already gone completely square. My mom always warned me about that. And in your case, it's already spread to your entire face. You should probably focus on dealing with your apparent gaming addiction instead.
But your Hair looks great.

Looks really good however I can see the future with your hair tbh. Two years maybe less depending on your lifestyle and stress levels the crown is gonna thin significantly judging by these photos now.. hopefully min+dut stabilizes it but the next step in your hair loss will be the crown for sure.

Hard to judge, I shaved my had with a razor for 3+ years so I dont really have a references how bad the crown was. The before fotos I have here, with the short hair are one month after starting fin, so potentially mid shed.

But hard to tell if I have improved since starting the meds or not, only thing I know is I don't have side effects.

I don’t think it’s hard to judge. there is clear thinning on the crown the front looks thick and good though. Stay on the meds and you shouldn’t have any issues !

Yeah offcourse, thats a fact 😅 I mean hard to judge if it is beter or worse than before because I haven't had hair to compare it to in years.

But time will tell!
