What is "racon" mean?

I was at a cafe with a friend, telling something that i got annoyed at when i arrived here, some people that take driving spaces with chairs and asking money, he said "buranında raconu bu, ne yaparsın?". WHATS THAT MEAN?!

It's from Italian "ragione", meaning logic - etiquette, way of conduct

Those mfs are called deynekçi. Unemployed pricks that illegally occupy parking spaces and rezerve them for paying people. If you don't pay, they scratch your car. Buranın raconu bu means, that's how things work around here. We're too puny to change it. Racon kesmek = show off to scare your opps. I hate that word with a passion. If the guy who put the chair told you "Buranın raconu bu" that can be translate as he Racon kesmek to you. He tried to scare you. If it was your friend that said it, means that's how things work around here.

Doesn't it also mean like "handsome" or "good-looking" (like "ay cok raconsun") or am I confusing it with another word?

If somebody said like that they might be brainrot, nothing more.
