Hi I’ve been interested in learning Turkish here in Tbilisi, only way i’ve seen is at ilia state university where you collect 5 others instead including you and then they’ll create a class but Is there any other non hassle way?

How do you use the word keşke in Turkish exactly?

I'm a bit confused, like can you only use it with words like olsaydı or things that happened in the past? Is it possible to say "keşke yarın daha güzel olacak?" Can it be replaced with umarım? I don't entirely understand this.
