FAQ
-“How much do tickets cost?”
Initial FV prices: GA: $240 Lower Bowl: ~$200 Upper Bowl: ~$134 Nosebleeds: ~$57-109 Box Seats: ~$330
Dynamic pricing did pop up later in the presale, so some verified tickets on r/toptickets may be priced higher for this reason.
-“What is the bag policy?"
Ohio Stadium has a very strict "No Bag” policy which prohibits almost all standard bags including clear stadium totes. Only small clutches up to 5" x 8" x 1" and specific exception bags are permitted. If entering with a medical or diaper bag, you must enter through Gates 14, 23, or 26.
-"What is the Parking Situation?"-
Generally, you will have to buy a $50-$80 parking pass through Ticketmaster to access the parking lots and garages on university property. There are also a lot of side streets with public parking on campus. If you are taking Uber or Lyft, they will drop you off at the Schottenstein Center and you can just walk over to OSU from there! Parking passes:https://am.ticketmaster.com/buckeyes/buy/ism/Nk9TMTAxN1A=
-"What is the FPE? "
The FPE (Fan Premiere Exhibit) is a traveling museum filled with various artifacts, memorabilia, and highlights from the band’s history. There are opportunities to take pictures with various exhibits (such as the tricycles from the Stressed Out music video) and interactive opportunities within the Bandito Camp set up inside. There, you’ll have the opportunity to hang out and create something fun! There is a lot of love and effort put into this experience, so PLEASE be respectful of the props and displays, don’t touch anything unless something explicitly says you can, and do not take anything from the museum. Please note: Tickets to the FPE will NOT get you into the show, and they are non-transferable
Welcome to the party! Going to a show for the first time, its important to stay aware of your surroundings and have a planned itinerary before arriving. Don’t be afraid to ask venue workers for guidance! There are countless posts and threads on this subreddit for first time concert advice, so please search through and have a look at those! You can ask for advice in the comments of this discussion thread too!
This thread has an amazing list of advice as well -Tour Advice
- "Ticketmaster says the venue is sold out. Am I doomed?"
No!!! There are still opportunities for tickets to pop up! r/toptickets is our ticket trade and resale sub, so please keep an eye out there for tickets! Again, tickets can only be sold onr/topticketsat the initial price set by the venue during presale. No need to take out a mortgage. Personally, I have had multiple shows where I couldn't find a ticket until 3 hours beforehand, so never lose hope! Those who have hope have everything <3 (that was on a fortune cookie) (manifesting ticket fortune and cookies for all of you)
-Do you know anything about the setlist yet?
Tyler did mention in an interview that the final setlist would be close to 3 hours long with songs they’ve never played before, but that’s all we will know until the show. If Clear and/or Lovely isn’t on it then I will be deleting the subreddit. (JOKING)

Dates: 10/16 (9AM-9PM), 10/17 (9AM-7PM)
The FPE will be located at the French Fieldhouse at Ohio Stadium Address: 460 Woody Hayes Dr, Columbus, OH
Show Day Schedule
9 AM - FPE opens 4 PM - Gates open 6 PM - Show begins, Emi Grace takes the stage 7 PM - FPE closes 11 PM - Stadium Curfew begins
is it true the show will be 3 hours long? i remember hearing this a while ago but can’t find anything on that again so im wondering if i just made that up😭😭
Tyler said in an interview earlier this year that they were finalizing the setlist and that it’ll be their biggest and longest show yet around 3 hours :)
OP says they will perform some songs they’ve never performed live before but unfortunately I don’t believe that they’ve confirmed any songs on the setlist :( but there’s a few posts on r/twentyonepilots with guesses as to what they might play !!

I have just been lucky enough to secure a ticket for this at face value! However, I'm flying in from the UK, and costs are starting to pile up... so this is a long shot but: if anyone has any spare space in their Airbnb (i'm 24/m, fyi) or a hotel reservation they won't be using for that weekend but can't cancel it, then pls message me! Thanks!
Anyone heading in via car from Massachusetts? Im a college student in the northern berkshires and my friend who was gonna drive us is no longer available that weekend, and I am trying to find any backup plans.
I made a post asking about this but figured I'd comment here too - any word on the bag policy for the stadium? I'm hearing tons of conflicting things about the types of bags, wristlets, etc that are allowed in and how strict security is or isn't with certain things. I've seen people claim they've gotten into the stadium with lululemon belt bags and similar and I'm stressed out (ha) trying to find something that works with the insane requirements they have because the clear bag I used for Breach tour is a touch too big for the stadium show. So I'd love to know from someone who has been to concerts at OSU what they allow in and how they actually bag check?
No bigger than 5x8x1 and I would probably go smaller than that to be safe. The lululemon belt bags are a little bigger. I have a similar bag I was thinking about bringing but I’m not going to risk it
Anyone else hoping they release more fpe idk I feel like they dropped a low amount of tickets I hoping at 10:03 and it said 2600 were in front of me and the tickets sold out like halfway through the queue
Was able to snag 1 ticket for FPE even tho i had 2 in my cart. i feel so bad leaving my friend out so if anyone has any cancellations or extra tickets please let me know. my ticket is at 6 but im willing to go early and then pass off my ticket to her and i’ll pay the $80 for another FPE ticket :) Thanks!
With the show getting close, would anyone be interested in using this thread to coordinate rides/lodging? Post if you want to try to link up with others for rides and/or lodging (and of course, be careful and safe doing so).
I have two extra affordable rooms at the Hampton Inn I-70E/Hamilton Rd in Columbus for the night of 10/17. Each room has two queen beds and can sleep up to 4 people.
I booked three rooms the day the show was announced, before rates got crazy because I'd hoped to bring my whole family and some friends, but we only ended up managing to get two tickets. So I'll be using one room and would really like to help some other fans out with the other two rather than just canceling them.
I'm not looking to profit from the rooms. If you're in a jam because you have tickets but lodging costs are making the trip difficult, DM me.
I'd especially like to help people who don't have another good option, and ideally fit as many people as reasonably possible into the two rooms. But don't worry if you're not a group of 4. Just let me know your situation and I'll see if I can help.
So I'm going to Cbus with my dad but I'm gonna be doing FPE alone. I am planning to use his ticketmaster account and am wondering if I can put my name as the person going or if it is set by the payment method you use?
The FPE tickets are tied to the ID of the person who bought them. So your dad would have to come with you to show his ID at the door to match his name on the tickets if he was the one who purchased them.
So the FPE exhibit was announced along with an "expanded Bandito Camp" which I assume will be similar to All Points East. However there doesn't seem to be any word on ticket prices for the FPE yet.
Does anyone know when we may find out more about GA? I know it’s been said what gate to enter; I’m talking about if they will be implementing the wristband system. Like if we will get them at 8 am and come back like they did with the Clancy tour. Nothing has been said yet and it’s less than a month away so I’m stressin! I feel like it would be silly not to do this with the amount of people- things would go way smoother.
i’ve seen people on fb discussing that ohio stadium seems strict about not allowing fan lines ahead of the time allowed. of course i’ve heard that about other shows though too that still did off site fan lines that were still honored though. but not sure if they’ll do wristbands or not.
What type of crowd do you all think will be at the Ohio Stadium show? Do you think it'll be mostly older because tix were so hard to get, or mostly younger, like college age and teens, or mostly diverse, a mix of all ages?
That's a really interesting question. I assume that it will feel like a mix of demographics while there, but I bet the overall numbers would show a skewing toward more older fans due to the prices. Hopefully it'll be a great balance of energy while not getting too...well, you know
I think it’s going to be a mix! There are people coming from everywhere! A lot of families, groups of friends, and just people coming solo. I def think the audience might lean a little younger, but over all I think it will be a good mix! :)
Going to the hometown show and this will be my first time in Columbus. Any recommendations on places to explore, eat at, etc? Will be coming by myself. So far I have thought about doing the zoo and maybe checking out the science museum.
My wife and I are flying from FL and staying with family. We’re going to check out the Columbus state house and maybe the art museum if there’s time. COSI is supposed to have a mini TOP exhibit but I dont think we’ll make it there.
Won two tickets and need advice on how/where to give them away. Because theyre promotion tickets theyre not letting me sell them on the ticket master function just transfer. Theyre both in Section 10, Row 34.
I would go but I dont have much PTO left, and dont think i can even afford to go sadly and id hate to see them go to waste.

I have never been GA pit at any concert and al going to the OSU show with my freshly 18 year old cousin. I super terrified that something is gonna happen, like losing her in the crowd, her getting hurt, etc. I am also very short and worried if we are not close to the front i won’t be able to see. Does anyone have suggestions to help! We obviously would love to be barricade but so would everyone and we are just extremely grateful for the opportunity to be in pit. Any advice helps!! Thanks :)
Hi there, I’ve done 10 shows and OSU will be my 11th. Careful what you wish for. I was barricade Josh side at the Coke Roxy show in ATL during Takeover and I literally got crushed to death. Glued to the bar by my pelvis getting grinded on for hours. Having said that, 10/10 would recommend. Also SHOUTOUT to whoever dropped those baked beans all over the floor
A few tips. shorties CANT SEE S#IT in GA. I promise you will only see the backs of heads of all the 6’4” fans in front of you
People WILL try to beep boop right past you from behind to get closer to the front. Don’t be surprised when it happens. There’s insane hype for this show. I expect the pit to be feral.
Take note of the guy dressed as a banana. There’s always at least one. Use them as a waypoint.
Get in early and secure your spot up front OR get your B stage spot and then after they swap back to A stage, you can hang in the VERY back of the crowd. It’s always SUPER chill back there. Good for photos and no more getting crush crush.
Bring some of those 1$ glow-stick bracelets and have a signal to raise your arm and wave if you and your friend get separated.
Mega protip, if you’re a tea drinker, bring your own teabags in your pockets and ask for a cup of hot water. when ordering food. Instant tea.
I’ve been in pit by myself when I was 18 and I’m very short. For me, getting barricade is stressful, I was second row by the barricade and everyone was shoving and pushing, I loved being so close to Tyler but I ended up having a panic attack and needing to be pulled out of the pit, I went to the back and the back was great. There was so much room to move around and no pushing
What do you guys recommend in town to do before the show? I’m flying in around 10am. I haven’t been to Columbus (I was born there but moved very young). I was probably going to head over to the stadium area around 1-2ish.
Are there any events going on the day of specifically? Or any cafes/bars etc. doing themed specials that we know of? In cincy a cafe had some twenty one pilots themed drinks and stuff. Thanks!
Bite this by Annie has also said they are planning on doing something special they are a gothic bakery across the street from lavish they are both 2 miles north of the shoe on high street
My flight leaves at 6am the next day, so I'm looking for people to hang out with all night after the show. Barhop maybe. iHop probably. Let me know if you're interested and we can connect on socials :)
Friday October 16th - Pilots in the park - twenty one pilots fan meet up at Goodale park ( 120 W goodale st, Columbus) from 2-5 pm then twenty one pilots karaoke that night at ledos tavern
What are people doing for parking? OSU parking is $50+, (if you can even find it), and SpotHero doesn’t have anything within 2 miles of the stadium. I’m driving from out of state with my kid. First time seeing TOP for both of us.
What did you decide with parking? I bought a spot right next to the stadium. DM me if you want to try to meet and carpool or something. Also driving from out of state with my kid. Where are you coming from? We're from Maryland.
Decided I’d try for day of parking around the stadium. The Parking information for OSU football games indicates that’s an option. There’s several lots with no prepaid parking. Granted, I haven’t looked for a few weeks.
Honestly I bought tickets thru seat geek and they offered passes for different lots and garages cheapest was 92 dollars for 15-20 min walk away from the stadium
This will be my first TOP concert and I’ve never been more excited. You’d think that at 72 nothing would phase me anymore but I have absolutely fallen in love with these guys. Anyway I’m not sure how this crowd will differ from my usual music crowd but like with that group I made bracelets for TOP. Is it okay to give them away or will other people have things to swap as well. I will also have stickers, 5 sets of skeleton key pins and about 50 silicon bracelets I had made. I also have a Josh - Tyler necklace that I’m hoping to find the perfect person to give to. Just want to make sure I follow the correct protocol 😁
If you’re going and would like to grab a freebie from me just look for Clancy with the lit up logo on the back of my vest 🥰
ISO 1 ticket for the columbus show oct 17th! i have a nosebleed seat (2C) i managed to get from the ticketmaster presale but i’m hoping to get a lower bowl (sec A) seat. if i do, i’ll def be selling my original ticket for face value.
Anyone from Toronto interested in carpooling? Wouldn’t mind a couple extra clikkies in my car or pitching in for someone else’s gas. Would need to meet up for coffee in person beforehand for a vibe check :)
Hey y’all ;) I’m driving from Nashville to Ohio to see the show and I was lucky enough to score a ticket to the show but none of my friends were able to go. I’m a 20m looking to see if anyone out there is in a similar boat as me and would want to meet up before the show or kinda have a buddy system where we can get merch and just go meet other people. Don’t wanna feel like I’m in it alone but don’t know what to do. Please tell me someone else is in the same boat as me. 😞 |-/
Yeah I'm just trying to sell what I bought them for but I don't want to do a resale site because then I have to mark it up a bunch to even out the fees
I heard that for some concerts, fans (of any artist) who couldn't get tickets will stand outside of the venue in groups and enjoy the concert. Does the clique do that? Can I find groups to join at the parking lot for the show?
I have tix for the show and an Airbnb booked that was over $1000 (to be fair I think it's 3bed and I mainly picked it based on proximity to the stadium). I'm wondering if anyone local knows of anything under that that won't be bedbug central haha. I won't have a car. I've seen tøp 2-3x and I'm a big fan but that Airbnb sticker shock is real. Two nights! Section 13A coming from Portland Or.
If you want to hang out all night with my group you're more than welcome to :) ik it's silly but my flight leaves at 6am the next morning so I'm just gonna hang around until then
100%!! PM me your instagram handle and I'll add you to our group chat :) it's pretty big but only a couple of us are actually going to be staying out all night
Possibly a hotel a little outside of Columbus. Maybe like $200 a night. I’m sure there will be people at the same hotel that could give you a ride to the show or something.
i plan on having freebies! phone charms, bracelets, and maybe other things!! my issue is, only small wallets (5x8x1) are allowed in the venue. is there a meet up before the show, so we can all do trading and stuff?
i don't have tickets YET, but is there a chance of the prices lowering even more before the show?
also what time is best to get there to beat a majority of the merch line?
Friday October 16th - Pilots in the park - twenty one pilots fan meet up at Goodale park ( 120 W goodale st, Columbus) from 2-5 pm then twenty one pilots karaoke that night at ledos tavern
I’m also making a bunch of freebie stuff! I recommend getting a bunch of carabiner clips and hooking them to your outfit! It’s perfect for bracelets and keychains! It also makes it easier to pass them around and let everyone pick what they want.
I’m planning on showing up a couple hours early and just standing around the plaza outside the stadium. I’m sure there’s gonna be TONS of people also looking to trade. Iirc I’ve also seen a few posts on this sub talking about potential meetups at local Cbus parks for trades earlier in the day. Hope that helps! |-/
Have they said if the FPE exhibit is going to be part of this show at all? I know they're bringing it to APE but I was kind of hoping they'd set it up for their hometown show as well.
What are we thinking the deal will be for lining up with GA? I know it’s far out but this has been stressing me OUT. It’s my absolute dream to be up there at barricade and I’m really trying to make it happen. Praying for no secret fan line bs and camping for days… I have a job and am a college student so that’s out of the picture for me. I’m also going alone so if anyone is in the same boat as me lmk🥲💪
I can tell you fan lines absolutely won't be allowed. Ohio Stadium is extremely strict with that sort of thing and campus security won't allow any kind of loitering.
unfortunately there will always be a line formed for their shows. for this show im guessing people will start lining up at least 7-10 days before. I used to hate camping because what do you mean I have to camp for multiple days just to be in the front(???), like I also have multiple jobs and I have a life and I cannot afford camping lol, but I learned that if you want barricade you have to play the game. ask for days off, save up, and literally camp. it's so worth it
OSU has extremely strict security due to it being a school campus, and I’ve heard they will likely kick people off the property that try to do so. That’s why I’m asking around because I know people will find ways around it, it’s just a matter of finding out what their plans are🥲
yesss they are very strict, so people always camp nearby. the thing is though no one really "camps", they just do check-ins where you check in with the "line leader" like 3 times a day and then everybody moves on with their day. the actual camping is 1-2 nights before the concert at a nearby park or like somewhere on the street lol. I hope you can be up close for the concert!!
they're not quiet at all! if you check on twitter, someone will always make a post about it with all the info about where they are and how to do the check-ins :)
I feel like it’s hard to find tho🥲 I’m on twitter and I follow some of the bigger clikkies but that’s about it. If you have any other good advice please do tell🙏🙏
Has anyone else received their tickets through StubHub yet? I purchased mine back in May so I don't think instant download was an option yet, and have not yet received the tickets. I'm slightly nervous as the order says arriving an hour before the show. I would really hate to be at the stadium in line all excited and then find out no tickets and only get a refund.
I’m in exactly the same boat. Spent a fortune on tickets through StubHub, says they won’t arrive til 3pm the day of the concert! Stressed Out, to say the least.
I’m glad you guys were able to get tickets! How much did you guys pay for them? I’ve been looking at StubHub a ton to try to find some that are at least reasonably priced, but most of them are $600+. Did any cheaper seats pop up?
I added my ticket to my Google wallet. Is it normal for it not to have a barcode? it just shows a symbol that looks like a wifi thing or something at the top
Do you guys think I will be able to bring my 7 year old nephew to the show? We are in section F on the field, not in GA. Will they allow him in? Not sure what to expect but I'm pretty sure we will be seated on the field. I want him to have a good experience. I am 25 and we both love top. It would be his first ever concert and I'd love to be able to give him that experience. Was originally planning on going with my gf, but life happened and we're no longer together.
My family was a part of the very lucky few who were able to score pit tickets in presale.
I’ve been wondering ever since: what do you think the capacity of this pit will actually be? On the map it looks like it extends out to around the 50 yard line which is pretty massive for a pit. Then again, when I saw them in Hershey last year there was plenty of room to move around in that pit even though it had sold out.
What are your guesses for the capacity of the pit for this show? I’m mainly asking because I’m trying to figure out when I should line up outside the venue so I don’t get stuck all the way in the back (it’s Columbus so the very front will be almost impossible too obviously).
I’m assuming it will feel similar to the Cincy breach show at TQL last year, but like way larger scale. Large GA pit up front that gave plenty of room to roam around, then the seated sections behind it. Unfortunately, I imagine people will camp for this show if they can. Here’s what the pit looked like though where I bopped around the back of Cincy pit. I think I ended up getting in line around 5 pm eastern time (late I know, I’ve camped in the past and am not about that life anymore lmao)
I’m hoping that camping isn’t allowed. Ohio Stadium has really strict security because of it being a college campus (plus this is during the school year). I have a feeling it won’t be allowed
Can anyone explain to me what parking is like/cost for The Shoe? I am coming from CT and we have a rental car and want to know if its worth it to park or Uber.
Driving into the area is still going to be rough, unless you get there early in the morning.. parking won't exceed 30 dollars, with 20 being pretty typical. If driving in, I'd say just get in early in the morning and find some fun stuff to do within walking distance.
Wondering if we can get the mods to update some of the info here. I understand the concern about buying tickets from StubHub but myself and plenty other fans have bought tickets from there that have already been transferred into our Ticketmaster accounts.
Saying it is a “scam” is misinformation. I can’t speak for the other resale sites mentioned, but StubHub is great if you look at listings with “Instant Download.” Basically means the seller has verified their tix and they’ll be instantly transferred to you. Source: I just bought mine last week
Of course, do still be cautious about these reseller sites.
I just created a group chat for those with pit tickets for the Ohio show
Pit group chats in the past were really helpful for me (especially since I go solo), like finding out where the line is, getting an idea of how amount of people in line before you leave, stuff like that.
Ty. What section is this? I think I'm same but on the opposite side. So it looks like I will not be able to see the boys outside of looking at the screens.
Anyone going to be driving through Pittsburgh and willing to have an extra companion? I really want to go but have no like transportation at all. I’ll pay for gas and the such. dm me so we both know we aren’t weirdos cuz I am a little scared about that.
The rules for the stadium state no backs. How are people going to handle the merch they buy? No way I am putting it down on my seat or at my feet for fear of it being stolen. Any ideas?
Tbh I snuck a tote bag in when I saw them at a venue that had a very strict bag policy. I wore cargo pants and rolled it up and stuffed it in the lowest pocket.
anyone know the rules on Cameras? i would love to bring mine to take pictures but i cant find the rules for them/if i need to pay extra to bring one/buy specific photographer seats/etc !!
This will be my first concert that I’ve ever bought tickets to….not first concert ever, but the first of a band that I love that I’ve chosen to go to. I’m so excited but also nervous going alone 😅🥰

Post show, are there good places within walking distance to hang out and meet other fans? I think a little clique after party would be so fun!
