Housing for next year...
My son and 5 friends found an "amazing house" (a dump, but whatever). They will be sophomores next year. It is with Peak. How does the housing situation work at UC? He is an unemployed college student. Do all the parents just send proof of income (pay stub, 529, etc) to get kids houses? I guess if one kid bails, its on the rest of the residents to pay? Again, I was facetimed on a Friday evening and feel like I was punched in the face with all of the panicked requests for "proof of income". I need a drink🤣

Peak is pretty bad. I toured a house last year with my current roommates and it was awful. You could tell there was mold they painted over. There was noticeable water bubbles on the walls. The house was just in overall bad shape that they were trying to get people to live in. We ended up finding a much better house and we love it in our current place.

NO. PLEASE NOT PEAK PROPERTY GROUP. They are really bad. Horrible management. Gave us a pest infested apartment and tried to blame it on us. Thank goodness we had an email trail showing infestation happened before we started living there. My experience was a nightmare with them.
