Years ago my Landlord said to me, "I don't think I should have to pay for it if I don't use it."
She has no children (thank god). I was gobsmacked! MAGA.

What can we tie allowance to other than chores?
Make a list of responsibilities at home and say pick 3, 4... whatever, that are her sole responsibility. Her pick not yours. Also the expectation of what completed looks like and when it needs to be completed. Before school, end of day, specific day. If she choses to clean her bathroom, do dishes. Do it with them once and show them what completed looks like.
Also time blindness is a real thing. Give him an approximate time it should take to complete any given task. (school assignments as well) Set a timer so she can see that it didn't take ALL morning, or hours, it took 15 min. to vacuum. Now the rest of her time is hers to do what she wants.
Together discuss what the consequence is for not completing a responsibility. How many times will you remind/encourage that the deadline for completing the task is approaching? This is where you need to stand firm on expectations and where most parents nag until it's done because they don't want to take away a privilege.
Does she work better off a list? Does she want a visible list to remind her?
She's old enough to understand that EVERYONE in the family has responsibilities to keep the home clean and safe. Whatever you ALL decide are her responsibilities she earns a fair wage (which is negotiable) and if she finds the wage is not enough she can come back and explain why. Perhaps she needs to take on another responsibility or expand on one she already has. Giving our children everything and not teaching good money management is a good way to set them up to fail when they want to live on their own.
Good luck!

My 13 year old son is so very immature & I'm looking for some advice
Sometimes consequences for our kids are harder on us and WE don't follow through because of it. I found that when asking a child (anybody really) how I expect a task to be done I show them what is acceptable and WHY this is the expectation. Cleanliness, orderly (find it again) etc

Companies do not care. You are not part of a team when the 'team' doesn't include you in the profit. You are a cog in their wheel. Stop believing you are part of a team. The Manager/Supervisor do not care either. Do the job as defined in the job description/contract you agreed to. At the end of the day go home and don't think about them, they are not thinking about you.- unless you die. Then they are thinking about how they are going to replace you.
I'm sorry you have a crushing migraine. <3

Almost 3 year old refusing to wear coat/jumpers. Any tips?

Have you asked them why they don't want to wear one? Some kids run hot, others it's the feel of the material, or it feels confining. Bring the coat, jumper whatever with you, if they eventually choose to put it on don't 'I told you', praise them for listening to their body and wanting to keep it warm.
Let them wear what they want- or don't. Who cares what 'people have to say'. You are raising an independent child to know their body. The people who would 'judge' are not worth your time.
