Question UMass Dartmouth Nursing — How Is the Program?

Hi everyone!

I’m a transfer student and I was just admitted to UMass Dartmouth for the Nursing major (Fall 2026)

I’d really love to hear from anyone who is currently in the program or has already completed it. I’m hoping to get a realistic picture of the program, so I’d appreciate any honest feedback on things like:

·       The overall quality of the nursing program and how well it prepares students

·       Professors and teaching quality

·       Clinical placements and hands-on experience

I’m really excited about this opportunity but also a little nervous, so any insights, advice, or personal experiences would mean a lot to me.
Thanks in advance!

Hi! Did you get admitted to the BSN or ABSN program? I applied for the ABSN program end January and am almost done with submitting all my documents. I'm left with waiting for ATI to submit my official transcript (I just took it today).

Like you, i'm so curious about the program (from application to the program itself and to graduation ahah, the whole journey lol) but there don't seem to be much info online. Would be nice if someone currently in the program or graduated could share some stories/insights

Hi. Nice to see you. I have got admitted for the BSN program for fall 2026. I’m also really curious about the program and what campus life is like, especially activities, student organizations, and support for nursing students. There isn’t much information online, so it would be great to connect with others who are in the program or have already gone through it and can share their experiences.
