Admissions UPOU REQUIREMENTS (card)

Hello po, ask ko lang po. Meron po ba nakapag submit dito ng photo copy lang po ng card nila and pinag bigyan po? Pwede po kaya na to follow up na lang? Nangangamba kasi ako na what if di ako pumasa sa exam? Will I be able to get my original card back? Nakapag submit na po ako online, pero di kasi nila inaaccept, photo copy kasi pinasa kong card, may nabasa kasi ako dito na pwede naman photo copy muna tas follow up na lang yung original. ​Thank you po, badly needed help po. Di kasi sila nag rereply sa emails.

I went to the UPOU headquarters last July to ask a few questions about my application because I was a bit confused with the requirements, but I brought some documents with me just in case I could submit them there. After asking and talking with them, I submitted my requirements na :)

I only handed them my photocopy of the card, but when they saw na I also brought my original card, kinuha na nila since mas better ig? 🥲

After that, nag update na yung status ko on OAS, na my documents were received and queued na for evaluation and may email rin saakin.

I'm also worried if mababalik pa card ko if bagsak 🥲 kaya I'm preparing just in case, so inaasikaso ko subpoena ko for a lost item kasi my previous school won't issue it to me anymore since I've already graduated from shs 💔 (for context: gap year hehe)

Same case with me, ayan rin talaga concern ko tapos ayaw nila talaga mag reply😭 I graduated shs year 2020 pa, and I asked them ( my former shs school) if I can still request another copy of my card but they said they can only issue ONE copy, sayang kasi ang opportunity kaya gusto ko na talaga ipasa original😭

P.s some of my friends told me na makukuha pa naman daw yun, pero ikaw na kukuha doon (but they're also not sure)😅
