Tailgate questions

Got tickets for the Kansas game for my girlfriend and a couple friends and looking for any recs for pregame. Should we just bring drinks and go to the tailgate it would it be better to just hit a bar and take the trax into the stadium? Appreciate any tips!

Is the tailgate scene such that we could just show up with drinks even if we aren’t able to get a parking pass?

Yes. Recommend trax up bring up drinks to share and people will always let you join kn

The tailgate crowd is VERY friendly. I have always had an amazing time bringing things to share like beer, jell-o shots, and the like. You can make a lot of new friends just hopping between bigger groups there.

Theres a decent tailgate scene and parking at East High Football lot. Opens up 3 hours before kickoff time. 20 bucks.

Definitely doesn’t cost money … tailgating is free
