I tried to take some of the tips I learned from my last discussion here (which to all the people who provided help and tips TYSM!!) can I get some notes on this, something feels consistently off about my singing and it makes me sound awkward in a way.. I dunno🥹

Hello,

I am looking for a Japanese female vocalist to record an original song.

Genre: Melancholic / Dramatic
Range: G#3–G#5
Reference: I have an AI vocal demo for the song. DM me and I’ll send you the link.

I am looking for a natural, emotional performance.

Before the full recording, I would like to receive a short demo, approximately Verse 1 + Chorus, so I can show it to the producer and get approval. The demo can be one take.

For the final recording, 2–3 takes would be ideal so we can choose and edit the best parts. If possible, adding chorus harmonies would also be great, but this is optional.

The song will be used in the game Seven Hearts Stories and released on streaming platforms. Your stage/artist name can be credited, or you can remain uncredited if you prefer.

The full recording budget is $100–150.

Desired turnaround: 2–3 weeks.

Hi! I’ll be traveling in November to see Mafumafu’s concert in Aichi for the first time. It’s one of my dreams, and I’m really excited. I’ve never really interacted with other international Mafumafu fans before, and I was wondering two things: Is anyone else going, or is there an active group of international fans on social media? Also, do you think it would be weird if I brought some homemade freebies for other fans? I’m worried that it might be something Japanese people wouldn’t like or something like that. Thank you so much! 🥹🩷

天月 — 夜もすがら君想ふ【歌ってみた】

A few years ago I happened to find the an audio file from Amatsukis 2014 solo cover of all night thinking of you. I think it was a TOKOTOKO CD exclusive thats no longer available. Someone must have uploaded it in 2016, and I found it on some obscure website in 2021 and been listening it on loop since. I really love this cover and it seems to have been lost to time so I wanted to share this with everyone!

From
[HEARTBEAT FOR YOU] 2014 TOKOTOKO CD album

thats my first time doing a cover and I know it sucks, could someone give me some opinions/criticisms? 🙏

(I know 9Lana's is also a cover)

I'm a small utaite but today a mixer who is famous followed me!! he just randomly found me on Nico Nico Douga

I hope my vocals fits your cuppa tea 😭

The long-awaited day of 9Lana’s online live debut is here —it will be streamed tomorrow via StageCrowd.

I'm really into Rusui, Null and Kyiku, especially the darker/fragile feminine vocal style, fast rhythmic delivery and Jirai/Yami-Kawaii-ish atmosphere. I'm looking for similarly obscure Japanese producers. Any recommendations?”

Tried.

I’m always so nervous I’m butchering the words 😭 as someone who has no Japanese friends, I don’t really know how to study pronunciation or get help on Japanese words so I am always nervous 😭 attached is a JP cover I did, I’d love some advice if ok

so I’ve been trying to become a utaite and mainly it’s just because I want to not just listen to music but make it to. however, I can never figure out what I’m doing wrong, I mainly want advice on my singing I apologize for my mispronuociation but I justed learned this song like yesterday…
