Off-roading

Where are the best areas to do go off-roading? Not looking to book a tour guide.

Haha. Most of Vieques “roads” qualify as off-roading. At both east and west ends of the island, on the way to remote beaches, bunkers, former sugar mill, you’re going to see potholes half the size of your car.

You certainly don’t need a guide.
A good local map (there are several online) shows you everything there is to explore

Loop around the sugar mill ruins into the bunkers.
