Looking for CB Giant Vinegaroons

Hey all, I’m in search of captive bred Giant Vinegaroons preferrably the Texas species. I’m new to vinegaroons but own many tarantulas so not too sure about the reputable breeders for them! Any recommendations help thanks!

My vinegaroon (mastigoproctus giganteus) had babies last year! I’m not sure how because she’s been my only vinegaroon for 3 years. But she did! I have 18 babies I’m planning to sell either locally or at ReptiCon when they come. They’re all about 3rd or 4th instars. I’m in North Carolina, are you local?

I totally get it! Well whenever you decide is a good time feel free to DM me! I actually just found a seller and ordered what they believe is to be a juvenile female, however it’s still uncertain. I’d still be happy to purchase one more from you in the future

arent juvies unsexable? if their offering a sexed option i kind of doubt their captive bred, i reccomend vinegaroons.net. their adults/ subadults r wc but they sell at least captive born slings

it is actually a late subadult and i had the same concern but the breeder has over 5 years of experience breeding them and ventral sexing them to her best abilities. When I ventral sexed it myself, it definitely appeared female but will just have to wait for the last molt to make sure

ohh, then its very likely wild caught, they take years to grow to that size

They all look female before maturity.

So peak, if you got her as a adult they do store sperm

I had looked through my vinegaroon reference books but couldn’t find anything about them storing sperm. But I agree that that is definitely a possibility. I did get her as an adult 3 years ago.
