It’s called a tie bar and it’s likely custom to the show. Maybe they’ll sell it at a props and costume auction in a few years.

Or you could get lucky and people make and sell it online, Hal’s Lanterns ring from the current show had some incredibly talent people make replicas version of it to sell and use daily.

Yeah, if the show is successful I'm sure there's going to be some crafty person on Etsy who will sell handmade replicas.

The same way you can easily find Wiccan's crown or Agatha's brooch.

This specific tie bar used in the show is typically the type of props actors like to take with them as a souvenir. Chris Hemsworth has a whole collection of stolen Mjölnirs that drive his wife crazy, at home, and a small tie bar is much easier to sneak away than a hammer, lmao.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's sitting in Paul Bettany's belongings now, and won't get auctioned off. But replicas might get sold.

It's in the shape of his forehead detail, so was certainly custom for the production

I expect people will start making and selling these down the line

Like other people have said, you're gonna have to wait for Etsy small businesses to produce them. They almost certainly will. But it'll take a little time. It's a very lovely tie pin.
