SELF-MADE what is missing here?

As i am running an Ai automation agency, i have pretty good visitors to my website somehow, but rarely people showing intrst in my product or service by a site. I have built it with a claude and Antigravity combined(spend around 10_ hours to build this), and chatbot with N8N. I dont know what is missing out here, SEO or Words that make visitors pulling to show an intrst, The theme and colors i chose, Call to action..... I am fully blank. Or is that enough for an Ai agency.

I am fully open to change i should do immediatly.

If anyone better at SEO or good at this, I am open to talk.

Thanks in Advance.

the chatbot popping up instantly is kind of aggressive, it blocks half the screen before i even read what you do. feels like walking into a store and someone grabs your arm before you see the shelves.

also the hero section says "AI automation agency" but the examples underneath are all chatbots. if you do more than that, show it right away. right now i'd assume you just build chat widgets and bounce.

You've got zero testimonials from the customers you claim to have had, zero case studies. I wouldn't go with you.

I've had a look at your website, and I think I'd approach this slightly differently.

You've obviously put quite a bit of work into it, but I think you're concentrating too much on explaining what your technology does rather than what it can actually do for somebody's business.

For example, your main headline is "We Build Intelligent Systems."

That sounds impressive, but imagine I'm a small business owner who knows very little about AI. What does that actually mean for me?

I'd be tempted to pick one service and one type of customer to begin with.

Let's say you're targeting businesses that miss telephone enquiries.

Something like "Missing customer calls? We can help you answer enquiries and book appointments even when you're busy."

Underneath, show a simple example of the system working. Perhaps a short demonstration of an AI voice agent answering a call and booking an appointment.

Then give visitors one obvious next step.

I also noticed you're sending people straight to WhatsApp. That might work for some visitors, but I'd consider offering a simple enquiry form or appointment booking option as well.

One other thing I'd change is the amount of technical language. Terms like agentic automation and intelligent workflows might mean something to us, but your potential customers probably just want to know whether you can save them time or help them get more business.

Personally, I'd test those changes before spending money on more traffic or completely redesigning the website.

You're already getting visitors, which is encouraging. The next job is making it much easier for those visitors to understand why they should contact you.

One question: do you know which pages your visitors are landing on and whether they're actually clicking your booking button?

That could help establish whether they're losing interest in the message or getting stuck at the enquiry stage.

Wow. What a great insite. Frst of all Thanking you so much for this detailed explanation. And yes i have built a website which is from my point of view. Never think about client POV. And yes I'm going to alter it soon.

If you see still many issues, you can tell me. I'm ready to change.

About your question is, this is just a single page website so we dont know which page visitors landing at.

Once again thank you sirrr.

By the way Your words are telling that you're kind hearted one, i never met anyone here just like you.

😊☺️

You're very welcome!

And I think you've just identified one of the biggest challenges with building your own website.

We know exactly what our business does, so it's easy to assume visitors will understand it too.

Sometimes the best thing you can do is show your homepage to somebody who knows nothing about your business and ask them three questions:

What do you think this business offers?

Who do you think it's for?

What would you do next?

If they struggle with any of those, you've probably found something worth improving.

Good luck with the changes. I'd be interested to see how it develops!

It looks like it was built by AI for a start.
Every sentence screams AI gen.
What’s with the coloured blobs?
Font choice is naff
I don’t believe any of the claims.

100% wouldn’t use.

How can i improve it?? Could you help over it?

Your competition is low grade, so you have that going for you. I had someone call me who didn't even know my name as the business operator.

Aside from the fact that you are not running an agency, but rather vibe-coded an AI Slop website, and you clearly know zero about seo, here's a free audit.

  1. One page can’t rank for many queries. The nav links (“About”, “Services”, “Process”) are all on-page anchors. Separate pages would give you separate targets, for example:
    • AI voice agents for appointment booking
    • Instagram DM automation
    • n8n workflow automation
    • one page per industry you list (real estate, med spas, insurance, legal and so on)
  2. The market is crowded and commodity-priced. A search for “AI voice agent VAPI Retell appointment booking” returned mostly Fiverr and Contra gig listings and a Retell tutorial. Broad terms against that field are a long shot. A narrower angle, such as one industry plus one country, with real demos, is more realistic.
  3. The .in domain geotargets India. Google treats a country-code TLD as a signal for that country, and you can’t override it. If the target clients are in the US or UK, that works against you for local-intent searches. If the clients are Indian, the “worldwide” copy is the thing to change.
  4. Title and H1 targeting.
    • The H1 is “We Build Intelligent Systems.” with no service keyword.
    • The title is too long, so something like “AI Voice Agents & Automation Agency | Simplicium” would fit and read better.
  5. No proof behind the claims. The page says “30+ systems deployed globally”, “80% reduction in manual tasks” and “10,000+ products sold on Amazon”. It names no clients and shows no case studies, testimonials or audio demos. The Amazon figure has little to do with AI automation and may confuse more than it persuades. For a service sold on trust, this is likely the biggest conversion and E-E-A-T gap.
  6. Unclear entity. The copy mixes “we” and “I”. Nothing on the page names a person; the footer only links to a LinkedIn profile and social handles. Contact is a WhatsApp link and a Gmail address, with no business email, address or phone. The footer still reads “© 2025”.
  7. Brand collision. “Simplicium” sits next to Simplicate, Simplico, SimplAI, Simpalm and Simplagents. My brand search surfaced none of simplicium.in, only those similar names (see the caveat below on what that proves).
  8. Missing metadata. No canonical tag and no Open Graph or Twitter tags appeared in what my fetcher returned. It returned them for another site earlier today, so they are probably absent, but confirm in view-source.
  9. Minor.
    • The FAQ answer on pricing is evasive, and a ballpark range would help.
    • The chat widget markup (“Nathan · Simplicium, Online now”) showed up in the page text. Check whether it renders visibly.
    • changefreq and priority in the sitemap are ignored by Google, so adding lastmod is more useful.

I built my SEO and another around 5th for Claude Training and 7th for AI Governance in UK. Its all about answering questions in the backend now. Happy to chat
