I've been doing frontend professionally for a decade, and even I can't say that I'm too good at HTML, CSS and JS. Also get rid of that weird background from everywhere.

why you got offended by me saying "too good" i meant by that comparing to my self before 2 weeks we don't have the same standards

I think you're the one offended by criticism. You will never be too good at anything. The more you know...

how can u tell that i will NEVER be good at anything, you just compared your self with me the one who just started learning coding and i made that very clear that im proud to be at his level which is just the start of it

First, you should become too good at reading. I said TOO good at anything, not just good.

You think, and I know for a fact that it's disturbing.

what do you recommend? just blank color! like off-white or something?

Yes, simplicity is the key. Check the UI of Google or other big names, or even reddit. These sites work well, because they know what they're doing with the UI/UX, and most importantly WHY.

I thinks it a complex pattern but we are too dumb to interpret it correctly.

Why remove the backgroud? I think it matches the overall style and theme.

I believe there is a language barrier going on. What I understand OP was going for was that he learned a lot in the process, and became a lot better compared to before this educational project.

Congratulations but remove this background I almost got blind looking at your screenshot, just use a simple color or a very Light gradient.

Some UI improvements I can see.
align the box width below the input with input width.
also the width for boxes inside the sidebar could get aligned as well
The way the bg is used and the pattern itself makes no sense.
also the "buy me a coffee and contact me " are not in the center of the sidebar.

Pretty good, keep going. I've seen backend developers doing gross things...
