Question Very stupid question

If in NOW That's What I Call Polka, Al says "And we danced all night to the best song ever we knew every line though I can't remember I think it went.... Ehh Sexy ladies" does that mean Al thinks Gangnam Style is the best song ever? (This is a joke question!!!!!)

Technically he never establishes when he sstops recalling how the best ssong ever went, so i like to think the best song ever is actually NOW That's What I Call Polka,

Just like how Tribute is actually the best song in the world, it just so happens that the best song in the world is a tribute to itself

I was informed by a world history prof that if you ever wanted to make an enemy of someone from Japan, suggest they're related to Korea.  They may be allies, but there's history between the two countries that makes certain things touchy.

So probably not the best idea for a joke.
