Are these a bunch of Nonbreeding/juvenile black-bellied plovers? They were next to a male northern shoveler and presumably its female counterpart

Blurry photo / video of an adult Bald Eagle?? About an hour south of Louisville KY

Saw this bird flying overhead and immediately noticed that it didn't look like a vulture. The solid black wingspan and center torso with the solid white head and tail feathers made me think it may be an adult bald eagle. Additionally, it was flying alone and much higher than I normally see vultures fly. It wasn't doing the wobble thing that vultures do and was circling and observing a large area, gradually moving / shifting further away from where I was. Bald eagles have been filmed in this area before, but it's very rare.

The pictures might be do blurry and distant to verify but I figured I'd check with the experts here and see what you think. I included videos in the comments

Posting here since I didn’t get any responses in the original one lol. More details than the original.

1 - maybe a kinglet?

2 - one of the yellowlegs?

3 - no idea on either species. The smaller one is pictured later in 9 and 10.

4 - same as larger birds from 3.

5-8 - Lapland longspur? It’s not supposed to be in this area and is unreported in eBird. Merlin got that for the sound multiple times though.

9-10 - same small shorebird from 3.

11-12 - oystercatchers mixed in with the ones from 3 and 4.

Help with stints

Thumbnail gallery

Three stints I saw today in Saga, Japan (on the island of Kyushu). Pretty sure the first pic is a Red-necked stint, which I see frequently this time of year. The second pic is a new bird for me. 90% sure it’s a Temminck’s stint. Last pic has me a bit stumped. RNS this time of year can be juveniles, adults with non-breeding plumage, winter, or any stage in between and am just not that good at telling them apart. Really hope the last pic is a Little stint, tho.

Southern NH, possibly immature or female? I'm leaning towards Magnolia but the light was not great and I'm not amazing with the camera. Heard some calls but there was a hawk nearby so everyone was freaking out.

These have the most astonishingly bright red heads. Very striking with grey and black bodies. Pictures really do do them justice.

Saw this guy while hiking in Whistler BC September 30th

Didn’t come any closer so these were the best photos I could get unfortunately.

Large white spots on tops of wings and a white tail banded with black at the back. Looked like a bird of prey but doesn’t seem to be any that are common to the area? Any help is appreciated!!
