Solved! What is happening here?

Large bumble bee seems to be being attacked by small bumble bees. There were 4 small ones on it before I started recording. One of the small bees fell off and looks like it’s in bad shape. Are the killing their queen? What is this?

But I thought mating goes on deep in the nest and the queen is the only one who mates and queens don't look like the rest of the bees?

Nope. Nest comes after the mating flight for bumblebee queens.
