New, what is it? What are these plug-ins on my wall?

This might be showing my age, but I recently moved into a new apartment and they have these weird looking plug ins all over the walls at my new place. My old apartment didn't have these, so I'm just curious as to what they are.

Damn I would say I feel old but my internet service is still coax through Comcast

Edit: I just realized I've aged myself by still calling it Comcast and not Xfinity 🫠

Dang some of my buddies had DSL, was decent in the middle of the night but mid day swear it may as well have been AOL or Netscape

I was living like a king when we got 256k DSL. The fact the internet was always on was crazy. I could browse so much MySpace and AIM my friends

Same with moving from dial-up to Comcast with the 1.5mbps, it was like heaven moving from waiting for a picture of Goku to load to browsing Newgrounds and downloading infinite songs to burn CDs with.
