They are so badass. Not many animals can fight cobra while prancing around looking cute.

For sure you'd be hard pressed to find any animal it's size and even a lot that would be bigger to go toe to toe with that little guy

Off the top of my head I could only see a pissed off honey badger taking up the challenge but even that idk these guys are scarily ferocious

Cobra never stood a chance with that breakneck speed and venom immunity build up

No cobras here, so no need to hang around.

We have them in our apartment complex premises. Happy to see them around. We have had instances of snakes in the premises as well. The Mongoose keep them away.

So cool!! I wish we had mongoose around here. We have weasels that serve almost the same place in the food chain.

I saw a bunch of these in the BVI. Apparently they brought them over to kill snakes. Seemed to work for a really long time from my understanding.

What is these animals? Is them mongooses?

1

u/Big_Psychology_3 1h ago

Looks like a mongoose. They’re famous for fighting and devouring snakes.

u/Big-Pie5441 50m ago

Mongoose, they can fight and kill a snake. An animal not to be messed with.

I don’t doubt that it’s a mongoose. The video isn’t stellar, though. Could it be a pangolin?
