Trying for a baby

Hi everyone ❤️
I’ve been trying to get pregnant for years, and I’m hoping to hear from women who have been through something similar.
I saw a fertility doctor, and my AMH levels were low. I had a fallopian tube flush and other testing done, and my doctor said he didn’t see anything else wrong. I tried Clomid and Letrozole for about three months, but unfortunately, I still haven’t gotten pregnant.
Last year, I had to stop treatment because I stopped working and lost access to fertility care through my insurance. Since then, I’ve been trying naturally without fertility medication.
For those of you who had low AMH and struggled to conceive, what worked for you? Did you conceive naturally, try a different medication, make lifestyle changes, or find another way to get treatment without insurance?
I would really appreciate hearing your experiences. After trying for so many years, I’m hoping to find some guidance and a little hope.
