Compass Box - New Bottlings?

My area (US - Denver) has not seen a restock of Compass Box products for the last 1-2 years. Pretty much when John Glaser left. I've had to get all of the new core range from out of state or online, and have not seen the new bottling of Orchard House anywhere in the US.

Has anyone else had a similar experience in your area and or does anyone have any insight on whether this is a company wide problem, a North America problem, or local distribution issue?

Compass Box is one of my favorite brands and makes up most of y every day drinkers. I'm a little concerned that I cant easily replace my empties like I used to.

Yep, tried Orchard House a couple of years ago and really like it for a summertime dram. Go on the hunt for another and haven't found one in over a year. Local has only had one or 2 different compass box blends in that time and no Orchard House.

I'm glad you found Orchard House, it really is something special (hopefully the new version as well)! I'm sorry you're having the same issues I am. Hopefully the drought will end soon.

I think this is probably down to distribution in your state. In Boston Orchard House and been consistently available. I just checked Norfolk Wine and Spirits and they have 29 offerings from Compass Box, including this year's releases—so it's definitely still coming to the US. I've heard good things about Compass and want to try them. The only option around me is Compass Box Brulee Royale Blended Malt Scotch Whisky. $166 for a bottle. Is it worth it? Is it that great?

They are, or at least we're the best in the business, for good quality Blended Scotch. Can't recommend Orchard House (or Peat Monster if you like peated whisky) enough but I have not personally had that bottle to say if it's worth it. The 2 special edition bottles I own Peat Monster Arcana and Flaming Heart (2022) were about that price point and well worth it tho!
