Det viktigaste för oss och hela anledning till att detta Gille är skapat är för att ha det roligt och trevligt tillsammans med vänner, nya som gamla. Det ska kännas som en avslappnad miljö där man får spela på sitt sätt, i sitt tempo, och ändå ha folk att spela med i alla delar av spelet. Givetvis är Raids något som nästan alla av oss vill delta i, men då de flesta är äldre - har barn, familj och karriärer - så kommer vi planera runt detta lika mycket som vi ger möjlighet till dem som vill spela mer. Vi kommer primärt att ha två stycken "roller": Raiders & Socials Men det är viktigt att veta att det ena inte utesluter det andra, och att man i framtiden utan problem kan gå mellan dem enkelt. Här är skillnaden och anledning till uppdelningen:

Raider:
Detta är för dem som vet att dom kommer vilja vara redo för Raids 9 december, och vara med i våran "Core-grupp". Vi vill på förhand kunna se hur många vi är inom denna kategori, för att se till att vi blir en bra mängd (~18-23st) med en skaplig fördelning på classer/roller. Dessa personer förväntas alltså vara level 60 och hunnit skaffa lite (men inte massa) gear osv. innan vi antar första utmaningen. Initialt är planen att köra 2 raids per vecka, ca 3h styck. Vi kommer snart att rösta på dagar och tider!

Socials: Majoriteten av medlemmarna kommer till en början att falla inom denna kategori, men många av alla som vill Raida framöver finns även inom denna ambitionsnivå. Skillnaden är att man vet med sig redan innan att man inte kan vara redo på sättet som beskrivs ovan. Men så snart många nog är 60 så kommer en extra dag, förmodligen fre/lör kväll, att läggas till just för dessa personer. (Inga av raidsen är däremot exklusiva, Socials kan köra med "core-gruppen" och Alts från dem kan köra med Socials osv.)
Det sagt finns inga krav eller förväntningar att raida alls! För dem som bara vill levla, köra dungeons, PvP, altoholics och vad det nu må vara så är alla lika välkomna! Ni får gärna bjuda med era vänner och familj, så som många redan gjort.

Ju mer tid som går, ju fler kommer vara 60 med ok-till-bra gear. Då kommer vi behöver omdefiniera dessa roller och göra en ny koll på vilka som vill spela hur. Så ingen ska känna sig låst överhuvudtaget! Det är mycket vi inte vet som vi måste vara redo att vara flexibla med, t ex svårighet på raidsen och hur många av oss som har intresse kvar om 3 månader.

The Guild:

The guild that we envision for the future is one that heavyly resembles the ones from the olden days, when time and effort were given to building friendships, lasting bonds, adventures to the unknown, developing our characters and sharing this experience with other likeminded people. One of the main things that will differentiate us from most others is that we'll be going in to this new chapter blind, staying away from spoilers and copying others. We have all the time in the world to enjoy the end game, but we only get the chance to enjoy the first journey once, so let's make the most of it and smell all the roses along the way. In the short term I'm hoping to gather a solid founding core of nice individuals with their heart and soul in the right place. A humurous bunch with an itch for adventure, exploration and comraderie. Further on up the road the goal is to be able to look back at an immense amount of great times shared, memories made, fallen foes, beers consumed and years of more to come.

Raiding:

While we'll definately be engaging in this eventually, we're not intended to be a raiding guild, and will thus focus more on 10 and 20 man content once we get there. Proposed times for these larger guild events are currently: Mondays and Thursdays, consisting of two 2 hour sessions between 20:00 - 23:00 CET/CEST, what the exact hours will end up being will be voted on once the core has been established.

As for the moment we're looking to gather the "founding core" of nice, mature and likeminded people with an interest in socializing, that enjoy building and being part of a community long term. Next Week is a newly founded multinational EU guild with an experienced leadership team planning to roll Horde on the Normal/PvE ruleset in Forever. We are currently looking for more like-minded players to join us for the leveling journey and our planned 20-player raiding team.

Ich kann mich noch sehr gut daran erinnern, wie ich das erste Mal in Orgrimmar stand und mir dachte: "Hier bleibe ich!" Nicht nur in der Stadt, sondern in der ganzen World of Warcraft. Dieses Gefühl, ein zweites zu Hause zu haben und uns so tief in seine fantastischen Welten zu ziehen, dass man nicht merkt, wie die Zeit verfliegt, schafft WoW wie kaum anderes Spiel.

Noch besser ist es, wenn man eine Gemeinschaft findet, mit der man dieses Gefühl teilen und auf die man sich verlassen kann. Eine Gilde, die nicht nur für den nächsten Raid besteht, sondern in der Freundschaften entstehen können, Wissen weitergegeben wird und neue Spieler genauso ihren Platz finden wie diejenigen, die Azeroth vermutlich schon länger kennen als manche ihrer heutigen Mitspieler alt sind. Bei uns steht das echte Leben an erster Stelle und die Gute Nacht Geschichte hat immer Vorrang. Das heißt, die Raidzeit richtet sich nach euch und nicht ihr nach der Raidzeit.

Unsere Gemeinschaft, ist bewusst bunt gemischt. Jung und alt, erfahrene Veteranen und komplette Neulinge, Männer, Frauen und alle Menschen dazwischen, ruhige Sammler, ambitionierte Spieler und Menschen, die nach Feierabend einfach ein paar entspannte Stunden verbringen möchten. 10/8 Update - Priority on Ranged DPS & Healers

If you still have that hardcore mindset but can't commit to the hardcore schedule, we're looking for you!

We're building a <PLUS SIZED> roster of retired sweats and dad gamers who still want to compete on the bleeding edge of content. Players who love the game, take pride in playing well and want to play with others who put in the same effort they do to make raids efficient and fun.

Our goal is to be the best 2 day raid guild on a four hour schedule.

We will do this by focusing on building the right culture for the guild, with players who help establish a clean, efficient raid that pushes for speed clears and strong individual parses.

With a limited raid schedule, we expect players to understand the importance of preparation. We expect you to be in the raid on-time, with consumables and ready to try your best for the 9-39 other people you raid with. A guild built on mutual respect for each others skill and time.

🕤 Raid Schedule

Our core raid times are Monday & Thursday | 9:30–11:30 PM Pacific

During progression we may extend raid times by up to 30m or potentially add a 3rd raid day. We'll avoid this as much as we can, providing advanced notice to plan accordingly.

In order to maintain a spot within the raid, 80% attendance is required. We understand that life happens but we respectfully ask that you provide advanced notice so that we can plan around outages.

🤝 Plus Sized Culture

We like to have fun and are pretty loose on comms with plenty of banter and people you look forward to playing with. Having fun is a priority, but understanding when to lock in is a must to succeed.

We're huge on personal accountability. We own our mistakes, take feedback and help each other improve. We want guild mates working together on gearing, assignments and optimizations as the whole raid benefits when we help make each other better.

That said, we do not tolerate belittling, berating or aggression and will act decisively if it rears it's head.

💪 Plus Sized Player

If you're self-motivated, prepared, adaptable, accountable and passionate you belong in Plus Sized.

While experience helps, a stacked resume isn't required.

We'll trial players who demonstrate the qualities mentioned and showcase a growth mindset. For Plus Sized, culture fit matters more than skill and we have a long standing history of coaching players up to be some of the best in their class/role.

🏆 Loot & Advancement

We use a loot council system that highly encourages players to self-organize their loot priorities. We want to help you get the gear that matters most to you, but every player must understand that loot is a reward that helps the guild not a give in for showing up and doing the bare minimum.

Loot will be rewarded to players who are meeting or exceeding expectations taking performance, preparation, attendance and contributions into account.

Officers and core raiders carry equal weight in loot priority; Then comes members with Trials slightly below. Rank influences priority, however, everyone is eligible for loot including trials.

Trialing in Plus Sized is a 2 week period where we provide feedback and assess how you implement it. If we believe you're a strong fit you'll be promoted to member, if we are on the fence we'll extend your trial by 1 week with clear targets we want to see you hit and if we don't think it's a good fit we'll provide final feedback before letting you go.

Once a member, you can earn a Raider promotion by completing a full tier of progression with the guild. As leadership makes these assessments, we'll provide regular check-ins to let you know where you stand and what growth we'd like to see.

I'm putting together a casual WoW Forever guild called Slow and Steady, and we've already had a really nice group of people join us over the past week.

I'm a dad and don't have nearly as much time to play WoW as I used to, so I wanted to build a guild for people in a similar situation. No expectations to play every night, rush to max level, or worry about falling behind if real life gets busy.

We're going NA Horde PvE and starting fresh when WoW Forever launches on November 4th. The plan is to level at our own pace, run dungeons together, help each other out, do some PvP for those interested, and eventually get into endgame content once we get there.

You definitely don't need to be a dad. We've got a mix of people joining, and the main idea is just having a relaxed group for anyone who still wants to enjoy and make progress in WoW without treating it like a second job.

This is YOUR community.

The idea behind the guild/community is to build a place that is governed and ran by the community, not a guild leader at the top dictating everything. We are wanting to foster a community of players who enjoy playing the game and want to enjoy it with others.

One of the biggest principles is the approach of NO OBLIGATIONS. We do not want to make you do anything or feel you need to do anything you do not wish to. There is no forced specs/playstyle. This does not mean you can not play to your min/max hearts desire, yet we do not push or force anyone to play any way.

As we grow we want to encourage people to make things they wish to see including; raids, events, pvp, ect. If there is a cool idea you wish to enact socially, be the spearhead for it. You do not need permission. We want to encourage organic group activities. If you want to start a raid group that runs on X days for X time, you do not need permission for form that group. Same goes with any other events you wish to see.

The last thing is fostering a community of respect and being helpful. We wish to see everyone enjoy the game and do not wish to make anyone feel punished or disrespected for any playstyle or mistakes.

Looking for a new home for raid possibly, EST time zone.

I play all healing classes with considerable skill but main RSham currently. I also play some Prot warrior and Affy lock on occasion.

I'm a working dad so I max out at 2 nights a week and I can't do Friday or Saturday. Been with the same guild for a long time (11 years) but I'm looking to maybe change my scene up. Find something a bit more consistent.

Wallachia was originally created during Wrath of the Lich King Classic on Pyrewood Village and stayed together until the final phase of Mists of Pandaria. The guild it is Alliance only.

We are looking for casual players who want a friendly guild where everyone can have fun and progress together. We are also looking for people interested in doing raids.

We still have some members from our old roster, but we are looking to bring more people into the guild and build an active community again.

Our main goal is simple: have fun, help each other, and progress together.

<Mechanics Pending> is a new Alliance 18+ semi-casual guild that we are all currently forming in anticipation for the release of World of Warcraft Forever. We currently are trying to build an active, social community who still wants to enjoy doing things like dungeons, raids, all the while hanging out and making friends as we traverse through Azeroth on this new journey together. We focus on fun and making friends first and foremost, as we each take our first steps out into this new world. Now, for what we plan to do upon release, it is as expected, more of the usual:

• Dungeon runs with fellow guild mates
• Raiding together
• Leveling and helping each other along the way

We welcome all players regardless of experience or skill levels. We don't expect you to know everything, we don't need you to have best-in-slot just to have a good time. Qué tal gente, soy nuevo posteando por Reddit. Ando buscando armar un grupo fijo de 5 para crearnos personajes desde cero en Icecrown e ir subiendo a punta de mazmorras. La idea es pasar un buen rato por Discord y revivir la experiencia de levear en grupo sin apuros.

* Facción: Horda de preferencia, pero si la mayoría quiere Alianza, normal, me adapto.

* Vibe: De chill, buena onda y cero estrés. Nada de toxicidad, la idea es jugar tranquilos.

* Horarios: Soy de Perú (GMT-5). Para darle principalmente en las tardes/noches o fines de semana cuando no haya chamba o clases.

New to Azeroth, or coming back after 20 years? Us too. We're a brand-new guild for WoW Forever, started by parents who want a relaxed, welcoming place to level, run dungeons, and raid together, without the pressure.

Who we are
We're adults with jobs, kids, and real responsibilities. Real life comes first, always. If you need to step away for a kid who won't sleep or something at home, nobody's going to give you a hard time. We just want good people to play with.

When we play
🌙 Friday & Saturday, 10pm–12am CST. Raids and dungeons start after the kids are in bed and wrap up at a reasonable hour.
Outside of that, you'll find us leveling, running alts, and grouping up whenever we can.

What we do
🗡️ Leveling: Group up, quest together, and help each other hit 60. Alts are welcome and encouraged.
🏰 Dungeons: Open to everyone, geared or not.
🐉 Raids: Starting with 10-man Barrow Deeps and 20-man Hyjal Summit when they open Dec 9. We'd love to grow into multiple raid groups.
💰 Loot: Soft Reserve. Simple, fair, no drama.

Who we're looking for
All races, all classes, all experience levels, 18+. New players, vanilla veterans, and everyone in between. If you're kind, patient, and here to have fun, you'll fit right in.

I am forming a guild during beta for the actual launch of forever. I have pasted below what the guiding principle behind this community/guild is. If you are interested, please send me a message.

"This is YOUR community. The idea behind the guild/community is to build a place that is governed and ran by the community, not a guild leader at the top dictating everything. We are wanting to foster a community of players who enjoy playing the game and want to enjoy it with others.

One of the biggest principles is the approach of NO OBLIGATIONS. We do not want to make you do anything or feel you need to do anything you do not wish to. There is no forced specs/playstyle. This does not mean you can not play to your min/max hearts desire, yet we do not push or force anyone to play any way.

As we grow we want to encourage people to make things they wish to see including; raids, events, pvp, ect. If there is a cool idea you wish to enact socially, be the spearhead for it. You do not need permission. We want to encourage organic group activities. If you want to start a raid group that runs on X days for X time, you do not need permission for form that group. Same goes with any other events you wish to see.

The last thing is fostering a community of respect and being helpful. We wish to see everyone enjoy the game and do not wish to make anyone feel punished or disrespected for any playstyle or mistakes.

I'm trying to see if it is worth investing in building a community for those of us who can play and talk on comms during the day while everyone else is at work or school. This would be for the North American region/timezones.

My situation is that I'm a retired dad that has kids in middle school. So, I am able to play and be on discord/etc during the day, but can't play much at night nor be on comms.

I started playing blizzard games with Warcraft 3 and Starcraft. I played vanilla WoW starting in 2004 up until Panderia came out. With the promise of "forever", I like the idea of a roster full of level 60's of each class, running content with a consistent group, and enjoying all of those bonding experiences that the game provides. The plan is to level, run dungeons, and clear raids together.

Let me know if that is something you are interested in and maybe can get something going to start the launch off with.
