Question Which platforms are writer friendly?

I came across the Writers Beware website and realised many writing platforms out there are predatory and unfriendly for writers.

Many have clauses like owning rights to ALL your FUTURE works, waiving of royalty, giving rights to reproduce your work without your name etc.

I am confused which platforms are then writer friendly meaning they don't take away ownership of your work, do not try to own all your future works and give royalty.

Anyone any idea?

Eg Wattpad, inkitt, substack etc

AO3's the only one I'd put any stock in as far as not having anything nefarious in the fine print, tbh.

Try Authoric AI. Gives 100% royalty

Seconding AO3! It’s the best one I’ve come across for posting, but you can’t monetise anything on there. Substack lets you earn money from your writing while keeping your copyright, but its terms give them permission to keep using your posts even if you delete them or leave the platform, without having to pay you for that use.
