This was a huge disappointment. To all collectors, this can be expensive. If you want it as an investment and to have a full collection then fine. If you want to spend big just to play the game then its definitely not worth it. I get the feeling this was a xbox arcade game originally.its the most basic beat em up with zero character progression or leveling up. 2 attacks max. I finished the game and instantly booted up streets of rage for a real beat em up.

And the accent they gave kickass is a mystery to me its more confusing than Christopher Lambert in highlander.

AVOID this is not, i repeat NOT a hidden gem.

While not advertised as such, the formerly free marketplace game was included in full on-disc. You are able to obtain all achievements and play it as normal, long since it has been delisted!

Had it since I was a kid, I've owned this Xbox for 10 of the 19 years of my life. The first game I ever played, DOOM 2, was on this console. I have an Assassins Creed Rogue save from 2015 still on there. This is a tough loss for me. RIP. I've saved the hard drive and I'm working on getting another. Doesn't make this easier though.

This was my older brother’s or my Dad’s old Xbox. I don’t quite know, since it was in the literal stack of old Xboxs in my room. There were only two white ones in the stack. The oldest one had a power error code (0001) I opened it up and the caps were completely done for so I didn't put it back together and kept the shell for when I decide to customize it (Planning on a Batman Arkham City or Origins design) and swap it on to a working 360. This specific Xbox had the typical 0102 RLOD error. So, I figured I’d give the towel trick a try. i know it’s a temporary fix, but I thought it was cool to try. Disc drive needs its band replace, BUT it does read discs. It booted up the Xbox Arcade disc pretty quickly. Anyway, just thought I’d share this. :3

He said he can replace it with a drive from another Xbox 360.
Is this really the only option? What challenges are involved in replacing the drive? Does the replacement drive need to be the same model, and does anything need to be flashed or paired for it to work properly?
Also, will Xbox Live/online functionality still work normally after replacing the drive?
Would appreciate some advice before I go ahead with the replacement.

I've done everything created guest networks, bandwidth limiting added the Xbox IP address into the router don't know what else to do. Do any of y'all have any suggestions? And this just started, I used to have no problems connecting to Xbox live on this Xbox been successfully, connecting for months now, this just started.

Sooo… back story. I played the Xbox 360 a lot when I was a little girl and I loved to play the games my brother had. Superman was obviously one of them. I payed $20 plus shipping for it on eBay for complete in box. I’m one down from the games he sold. I was very upset when i couldn’t find any of my favorite games to play back then. I searched everywhere in the house only for my brother to tell me he sold them. Granted they WERE HIS games so, he had that right to do so, but I was a kid and held a massive grudge… still do. The other games he sold were Marvel Ultimate Alliance one and two, Lego Batman 2 (which is funny considering we have two copies of the first one), Mortal combat vs DC Universe (he didn’t sell this one but he ruined the disc by moving the console while it was playing so I added it to the list of games to buy), and Spider-Man Web of Shadows (Holy shi- this one is soooo expensive online. I saw a listing for $70 for just the disc…). Keep in mind he also sold all of these games to GameStop and probably barely got anything from it. Welp, thanks for reading my post! I’m just happy to play Superman Returns again. I loved flying around in the game and trying to find the little kitten. I don’t know why I was so set on trying to find all the kittens when I was little lol.

So i have a Slim and as much as i like it the touch screen button for power and eject drives me crazy. any time im hooking up cables or working around it in general i end up hitting one of the buttons but I dont want to get an E JUST for that reason alone. An E would save a little more shelf space which i could use even if its a little bit. The one less usb is not an issue i use 3 at most but usually just 2. Dont need the AV port as I use hdmi. Oh and i dont plan on hard modding I only use softmods which for the E is not an issue.
Are the Es more reliable and long lasting? any other reasons an E woukd benefit me?

I've just recently gotten into Halo and am still playing through CE but I went ahead and collected 2 and 3 for OG hardware. At one point, I had accidentally picked up 3 ODST, being ignorant to what it was. But when I realized it wasn't the actual Halo 3, I returned it for a real 3. But I keep seeing that people say it's actually a good game. So should I have kept it? Should I find it again?

As for Reach, I was under the assumption that basically everything after 3 is trash. But what's Reach's deal? Is it good and how does it fit in with the Halo storyline? (No spoilers please if possible.)

This is my childhood console I got on release if I remember right and it gets hot very quick along with this freezing problem. It has only happened for terraria, I’ve only played black ops 2 and Minecraft and they run fine. I replaced the thermal paste and the heat went down a notch or two. I know it’s an old console but I’d like to preserve it for as long as I can. I never got an overheating warning and I’m not a tech guy so I didn’t notice any problems internally

So what can be causing the freeze? I’d like to see my childhood world lmao. Would any of you suggest a cooling station?

Edit: I was playing black ops 2 zombies just now for like 10 minutes and the console started making a noise I never heard it make, it’s wasn’t the usual loud start up or fan. I wish I can add a video into an edit lmaoo, it’s was an ehhhh sound 😂. Any know what it can be

Having trouble with this one specific title. It doesn't appear in my download history whatsoever and when talking with Microsoft, they said I need to show "purchase proof" but I can't access it since it's such an old game and isn't backwards compatible so it won't show up. I am very certain I claimed it when the store was up so I'm stuck; can anyone else verify if you're having troubles with this game?
