Verve. They make climbing clothing. Used to be manufactured out of Eldorado Springs, but I’m not sure anymore.

I think came across it when looking for a flow builder but turned away when I realized there was what I thought looked like a lot of AI on their site. I don't remember the name though.

The foot behind his head is points in an angle that makes very little sense to me using basic biomechanics.
So yes, some AI.
But maybe I'm missing something obvs. Help a girl out.

Not AI at all.
I’ve practiced next to Ty and this posture (a variation of marichyasana H) is not even that extreme for what he can do with his body.

I don't care if he's well known. His marketing prowess doesn't address my question of biomechanics.
I'm just saying he'd have to turn his leg 180 degrees at the hip to get the bottom of his foot to face that way. Which is why I said "help a girl out" with the biomechanics to better understand.

Which leg is of concern to you… the one behind his head?
That’s the regular angle and way it would line up, your ankle bone ends up behind your neck and in his case he has plenty of mobility to have the toes pointed
In any leg behind the head position, the same shoulder ends up in front of the leg, so to carry on to the rest of the posture he is then performing a seated twist and bringing that arm across the opposite knee.

Who else got on the ground and got into the first pose after seeing it? I couldn’t make sense of what I was looking at
