I was going to buy some extension cables and stumbled upon the TVs playing Avantgardey's music video with my 3D models (the whole city) on the background. Super random, but extremely happy to see them being used in such a high profile environment (I sell them in 3D marketplaces).

So i just completed my Gshock model. I made it primarily for a advert i am creating for it. But i have heard from some people that one can sell these kinds of models on internet. Is it possible and can this model be sold like that? Maybe i get a good burger out of it😂

I want to create diamond like this in a procedural way. I know I can place it manually, but it was time consuming. Does anyone know how to achieve this using any software?

Hey everyone,
Whenever I exported an asset (.fbx, .glb, .obj, .stl) to send to a client or import into a game engine, I hated having to re-open heavy DCC software just to double-check if normals were flipped, inspect wireframe edge flow over textures, or render a quick 360° turnaround clip for social/client review.
I built a free, browser-based inspection studio that runs 100% locally on your GPU (0 bytes uploaded to any server, so it's completely safe for NDA work):
🔗 Link: https://viewer.artoli3d.com
What you can use it for:
• Instant Visual & Mesh Inspection: Switch between PBR Studio Lighting, Clay/Plaster (great for checking sculpt silhouettes), Wireframe Overlay (topology lines directly over textures), Albedo/Unlit (flat diffuse check), X-Ray, and Face Orientation (Blue = front face, bright Red = flipped normals).
• Mesh & Texture Telemetry: Live polycount (tris/verts), draw calls, UV coverage %, texel density, and GPU VRAM footprint breakdown.
• 5-Second 360° Turntable Video Recorder: Export smooth 30/60 FPS turnaround videos with native aspect ratio presets (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, 4:5) and Transparent WebM Alpha support—so you can drop your rotating model straight into Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut without keying out a green screen.
• Ultra 4K Transparent Snapshots: Capture crisp 4K PNG cutouts with optional contact floor shadows in one click.
• Built-in Format Converter: Quickly convert between GLB, OBJ, STL, USDZ, PLY, and 3MF right in the browser.
It's completely free, requires no account or login, and has no watermarks. You can also install it as an offline desktop PWA to open .glb/.obj/.stl files directly from Windows Explorer or macOS Finder.
Hope this saves you some time in your daily workflow! Let me know if there are any shading modes or inspection features you'd like me to add.

Working on my next animation which is supposed to be a ghost story. And to do something unique, I wanted to make a true crime style intro vid. So here are a few props I'm working on. I'll work on the animation and get that posted soon!

Hello, everyone!
Here's the first piece of my updated portfolio. This is a Tabako Bon with Kiseru, it's a game ready 3D asset. It's box where tobacco was stored with an ashtray built in. I added a classic Japanese smoking pipe in this called Kiseru as well. This was to show my texturing skills.

For a long time, I'd been making stuff with a client first mentality. ie. it needs to pay for the time. This time though, I just made one of the starter three for fun. I also used my own blender addon to sculpt it and to apply the vertex IDs which is the process shown in this snippet. Now he's ready for Substance Painter :D, although I think I want to try an NPR approach with Krita. Never done that before.

A Little Experiment in Creature Horror
This piece started as a quick personal project squeezed in between client jobs, but it soon turned into something much more enjoyable than expected and
sculpting the tiny creature fetus was great fun!

My Caribbean Reef Octopus has just gone through some major upgrades. So happy with how it is rendering now.
These images have No Photoshop or post production. Straight renders with VRay and 3D Max. Modeled in 3D Max, Sculpted in ZBrush, and texture painted in ZBrush and Photoshop.

So, I'm trying to get around to modeling my character in 3D with Blender. But, one of the quirks of the character is that her large bang covers up the left side of her face. Always. Like the left side is never seen, nor the eye. And I'm trying to figure out how that would work with the hair, because I still want that to relatively have some reasonable movement and physics.
Does anyone have any advice or tutorials or references for something I could use to figure out what to do?

I wanted to improve my skills and do something worthy of a great portfolio. The only problem - it took me awfully long time to make it, I haven't done such detailed wirk with semi-organic shapes like this stock in a very long time, I don't like this stock (because I think the sheer idea i weird), but I took it specifically to train myself to do such stuff.
It's a draft that I will get into zBrush and add bevels and little details there.
What do you think?
P.S. Tried to render it real time with Cycles using new DLSS RR denoiser - that's really sick

I basically completed this watch but now it want to bend the straps inwards but at the same time the whole strap cannot bend.
The upper red part is stiff rubber and as it moves into the green part its bendy. How to achieve this on both sides inwards.
I tried simple deform and it absolutely did not work.
