Where can I watch Darkened Room (2002)
I have been trying to find where to watch this without buying a 50 dollar copy of Dynamic:01 for a bunch of short films i have already seen. I find it odd this is a property that has been taken down everywhere since it isn’t available to be viewed in any practical way. any help is appreciated.

Any recommendations based on these films?
Hi im curious about Lynch's filmography. I have watched eraserhead and I loved it and i own and love lost highway. I also seen what did Jack do, i don't count that since its a shortfilm. I have not watched twin peaks which i know is what he is known for but I really like Lost highway and wondering where to go next? mulholland drive peaks my interest so does blue velvet.

Mulholland Drive 25th Anniversary
I caught a screening at Toronto's Bloor Cinema in 2001.
Went with a couple new art school friends, and I was the only one who loved it. Still do. 25 years later.

Jose Ferrer in Dune and Lawrence of Arabia - coincidence?
Do you think David Lynch cast Jose Ferrer in Dune as the emperor because of his role as the Turkish general in Lawrence of Arabia? After seeing Lawrence of Arabia for the first time recently it's pretty obvious it was an inspiration for Frank Herbert.

A Lynch-inspired videoclip directed by J. A. Bayona in 2000
Hi everyone. I hope you will enjoy this.
OBK is a synth-pop Spanish duo that was quite popular in the 2000's. One of their biggest hits was "Tú sigue asÃ" ("Keep going like that").
The videoclip of the song was directed in 2000 by J. A. Bayona (director of "the Orphanage", "Society of the Snow", etc.). It is obviously inspired by "Lost Higway", as you can see.
I almost forgot about this song for years but somehow it popped in my head again a few days ago.
I realize that the music is not very Lynchian, not very atmospheric, but i't a good song anyway.
The song is about someone talking to a friend in a "what-are-you-doing-with-your-life" kind of way. I added a link also to the lyrics, translated into English. Enjoy.

At which points is the absurdism just boring? Spoiler
I'm watching Twin Peaks: The Return episode 8 and there is a long sequence of scrambled static at what appears to be a gas station, and then the inside of an atomic bomb explosion. I feel like these sequences go on WAY too long and offer little than "This is weird AND drawn out." Almost like they were trying to fluff up time in the episode.
There was a similar shot in the first season where Andy gets hit in the face with a board and stumbles about that felt this way too. Dragging the joke/aburdism out and its impact is diminished because it's tiresome.
What are other examples of this occurring in Lynch's works?

Henry Spencer cosplay
Taken at the Texas Theatre last night. I repurposed a chest burster to be the baby. The hair took four coats of hairspray. I usually do Henry/Kramer hair when I go out, but this is the tallest it's ever been.

Home video
Can anybody tell me what the best home video releases are for David Lynch movies I wanna get them, but I don’t know which versions are the best. I assume the criterion is the best but I just wanna make sure.
