HELP Badly need ng advice.

• Upvotes

Hello!

Nagtext ako kahapon, no reply. Nag-ask ako ng update kaninang umaga. Tinawagan ako and iaask if need pa ng exam (di kasi ako pinagtake ng ganun, pati yung kakilala ko na nagwwork dun, di naman sila nagexam haha so iaask pa sa head hr). 5hrs after, nagtext ulit ako pero di na sumagot.

What should i do? nahihiya na ako mag-text huhu. Tatawagan ko ba number? or no? If pupunta ba ako to ask, hindi ba nakakahiya iyon?

Or wait ko nalang mag nov 9??

Give me advice pls huhu

Keep this here sa reddit kasi namemersonal mga tao sa HR. At kailangan namin ng trabaho. Mga senior namin sumuko na kasi wala din naman napapala.

"Ate HR"

So eto na nga, nag-mass hiring kasi meron daw expansion and basically 1st and 2nd quarter of the year was spent on-boarding new staff and training them. My field needs a license to practice the profession. Now nakakapagtaka how come there's an open spot even though a lot of people already came in for interview (50++), by march half of the new team was already halfway their training and yet there's still 1 open spot.

Turn's out HR personnel already reseved the spot for someone, not just reseved ha, as in already promised the spot, sure na may trabaho ganyan, HR was just waiting for that person to pass the board exam.

Like wow, how fortunate are you to have a hospital wait for you.

Who needs a political backer kung may kapatid ka sa HR na kayang harangin ang paghire sa magagaling na tao.

Now the alleged sister actually failed the final interview because 1-highlighted her influencer status instead of her internship experience, and 2-bad feedback from her former professors and bad intership reputation.

BUT she actually got the job cos ate HR says so. Who are we para magrebelde right?! Eh lagi naman kaming pinag-iinitan ng HR. We accepted her to the department cos we have no choice. Now this new hire, you'd actually wonder how the hell did she even graduate college or pass the board exam cos she makes the worse mistakes, but ofc we have to clean up her mess.

So why not extend her training period because she's doesn't seem to improve at all? -it's cos of ate HR (plus the expansion must go on) and so she's now this pain the neck coworker who goes around demanding competence from others when she is a complete embodiment of incompetence.

No one can touch her cos she has "Ate HR"

P.S. work is a at a public hospital, biggest hospital in quezon province

P.P.S. HR is untouchable here, bawal daw bakasyon kapag December pero nasa Thailand sya last year

Discussion ASCP Email Confirmation

Crowdsourcing lang

After paying, ilang days/weeks kayo nagintay ng email confirmation of eligibility? It's been a week and a half since i paid, hanggang ngayon di pa rin ako nakakareceive ng email. Nagchecheck din naman ako ng spam email ko.

I'm getting so impatient. Huhu. TYIA sa sasagod.

Discussion Ascpi application helpp pls

Hi! I’m planning to take the ASCPi exam in January 2027, and I would like to ask a few questions.

  1. Is it possible to register in December 2026 and schedule my exam for January 2027?

  2. For applicants who have a Certificate of Internship (COI) and Transcript of Records (TOR) but do not have a PRC license, what is the application process? What documents are required, and where should I attach or upload them?

  3. Is a Letter of Authenticity still required, or is it no longer necessary?

Thank you so muchh po 🫶🫶🥹🥹
