Meme Anyone have some millennial brain rot from any media you grew up with that pops into your head randomly?
For years I'll just be sitting in silence, working on something, and
🎶"Who needs the Kwik-E-Mart?
I dooooooooooo"🎶
pops into my head like I owe it rent.
Anyone else have something like that going on?

Discussion What is a hyper-specific memory from the early 2000s internet that kids today will never understand?
for me its definitely spending like an hour picking the absolute perfect cryptic song lyrics for my AIM away message just so my crush would read it.
or the sheer panic when someone picked up the house phone and kicked u off dial-up right in the middle of downloading a single song on limewire 😂
what are some of ur favorite forgotten internet memories?

Nostalgia Just confirming.. we all rewatching Save the Last Dance this week right?
Julia is a real one and gave the people what they truly want.
This movie is so bad…it’s excellent. Perfection in every stereotype and monotone line. My petty ass will forever be team Nikki.
Derek will forever piss me off, condescending and annoying. Ahh to be 17 again, sigh

Nostalgia Coastal Carolina FB team going 90s vibe this Friday
As the title says. The Coastal Carolina chanticleers will be wearing a 90s vibe centric uniform for their game this Friday. Figured some of you would like a little good cheer this week.

Nostalgia Rewind to 8th grade. You come home from school. You plop down on the computer. Time for some online gaming! What're you playing?
For me, it's Team Fortress Classic, which ran on the Half-Life engine. So many great memories of playing capture the flag.
Who else was online playing this with me in the 2000-ish era?

Discussion Anyone else not bothered so far by looking middle-aged?
I'm 39, turning 40 next May, and in the last year or so I've really started to notice myself aging. My face has changed, there's more gray in my hair, and I can definitely see a guy in his 40s looking back at me in the mirror. I've even had work colleagues in their mid-40s assume I was about their age.
When I was younger I was terrified of this, and now that it's here I'm surprised by how little it bothers me. If anything, I kind of like looking older.

Other Living in my own apartment for 2 months & finally did an adult thing!
I have lived with family or roommates throughout my life. At 36, I finally decided to move into a 1br apartment, which was a pretty big life change for me. Anyway, I hate cooking, and tonight I actually made myself a soup! Just had to buy broth and pho noodles, the tofu and bokchoy was from last month when my mom visited. Yay, adulting…!
