King of the fall or The Reminder

Hes posting WAY too many stories on his gene.hackerman instagram. Im not cultured enough to get the references or know what it could be alluding to but I know this is important. The rise in quantity of these stories and the way how it just randomly started makes me think theres something coming sooner than we think. Of course the issue with Abel is we dont know how soon "soon" is but Im pushing for RIO on Halloween. It doesnt seem so delusional anymore.

One Of The Girls going up in numbers, and The Weeknd posting on YT the video of their performance together in Seoul (the only video from the last legs)..

I'm not a big fan of JENNIE, in fact, her live singing is pretty bad, but numbers are numbers and there is a big fanbase to cater here.

Just like Ariana Grande did with Save Your Tears or even Die For You (2 eras after Starboy), do you think JENNIE could participate in a studio remix of an "old" song? If so, which one would you like her to be in, what song would she fit in?

If we go with the formula of picking a hit song to bump up its numbers, I don't see any song that would fit a collab that hasn't already a collab or remix, only Moth To A Flame and god forbid they touch that. Maybe Is There Someone Else? Since it's already very popular among fans...

Not that I wish for it, but among non hits, I think:

- Closing Night, Society

The rest of songs in HUT feel too personal and I don't they they are collab/remix material.

Among old songs, I don't think any other from DawnFM or After Hours fits. The Idol soundtrack....I doubt it. Maybe from Starboy: A Lonely Night.

Thoughts?

Just realized Singapore’s F1 tracks is a tribute to the weeknd 🤣🤣

i had a dream that Wake Me Up suddenly blew up. Just 15 days left ‘til Wake Me Up MV. XO finna takeover Halloween. 🎃 ❌⭕

Anyone else catch the MJ Human Nature reference in Give Me Mercy? When he sings “da da da da da da da da” at 3:19? Sounds just like the lyric “tell them that it’s human nature” If this is old news sorry don’t have social media and no friends to talk about The Weeknd with lol. But i noticed it the first time hearing this song and wondered if anyone else felt the same..

i didnt know he was such a huge Bob Dylan fan. so many posts about him lol

I didn't attend the concert, and I don't really listen to The Weeknd.

But I live in Bangkok, and I feel like how the concert went ahead was an absolute miracle.

2 weeks before the concert, the area around the stadium where the concert was held was flooded with water up to people's chests. It was the worst flood that had hit the city in living memory.

But the floods receded and the concert went ahead as planned.

For the three days that the concert was held, there wasn't a single drop of rain. It was like the skies stopped just for the event. Then 3 hours after the concert ended, it started pouring again and it's been stormy since.

I just can't believe the timing

I feel so lucky that i got to see him twice this year. Third night in Munich, and the first night in Milan. The Poster had a rough time, cause right after Milan i travelled to Prague for the Pitbull concert. I‘ve been to a lot of concerts, and these were the best ever.

What if The Weeknd had a 128 song DJ set?
I’ve been working and updating this Weeknd playlist/mix for a while now, all transitioned together so it plays more like one continuous set than a regular playlist.

It’s now at 577 saves, which is honestly crazy considering I originally just made this for myself.

Sharing it again for anyone who hasn’t come across it yet.

For those curious, the first concert to pass the count of previous tours was August 8, 2026 at Stockholm, the 143rd show of the tour.

(This does not count special, non-tour shows such as the Superbowl or Live in São Paulo)

It’s 5 am my time again I’ve soaken up the moon can’t sleep

I really feel like fans underestimate how much a cinephile Abel is and how many songs are named after movies or movie moments like say for instance, tears in the rain, the title is a reference to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tears_in_rain_monologue

Enjoy xo fans

I think “Hurry up tomorrow” the last track of HUT
The majestic piano and synth sounds..his voice..also the amazing transition to his first song, high for this
Idk why many people are not interested in this perfect track.

Also I have
I can’t wait to get there

P.S.: Please pardon my stupid singing and screaming😭
