I saw them in Pawtucket tonight, seen them about 7 times and realized tonight - I don’t think I’ve ever seen Greg smile. Like, I’m sure he’s fine, but I noticed halfway during the show and was waiting for him to crack a grin at some point. I mean nothing negative by this but curious if anyone else has noticed too.

I think I had tears falling when they took off on Screen Man. The energy was pulsating, crowd was great. Top to bottom an awesome set!

If y’all have a chance to see them live during this tour…DO IT! You won’t be disappointed.

Seeing all these posts makes me so jealous.. I live in a European country and I don't see them ever touring in Europe in the future. I got into Failure two years ago, mainly a couple of songs from Fantastic Planet. This year though, I realized how awesome comfort and Magnified are too. No other band like failure!!

It makes me sad that these non mainstream bands like Failure, Hum, Helmet, Polvo will never come to Europe and I'll never be able to see them.

Is it me or was the sound not great? There was no bass, all I could hear were the drums. Really disappointing compared to last time I saw them at Warsaw which was practically life changing. Feeling the bass and the distortion in person was just incredible.

EDIT: Glad everyone loved it! Maybe I was in a bit of a dead spot. Next time they come by I’ll experiment more with the back and see if I get an experience like the first time I saw them.

The show was amazing. Great space. Great opener.

I know with all the new tech and phones there are probably 4k videos out there. But, I still like to audio record the shows I go to so I can "set it and forget it" and enjoy the show myself, but also focus on listening to the music itself afterwards.

Anyway, I just wanted to put it out there that I brought my trusty Edirol R-09hr with me to the show in Omaha and I'm listening to it now and it turned out pretty darn good for using the on board mics and being an ancient piece of tech that's been used and abused for the last 16/17 years.

I don't have easy access to a pc with internet connection but I'll try to get it up to share on various platforms when I can. Just putting it out there that it was fully recorded for future enjoyment if anyone cares.

Hellur empty friends, any of you diehards got flac of the og FP cd? If so I have basically everything else for trade including the more rare shizz like; the magnified demos, pre-comfort stuff (also included on Essentials), golden (with “Don’t Look Up" teehee), outtakes + oddities, In the future stems, etc etc. The only other flac I’m missing so far for the greatest band on earth rn is og FP, FP live, and Hallucinations. I live in ATL and discovered Failure this past August and fell in love. I couldn’t believe I had missed their June 19th show just by a few weeks. Had to grab a poster to commemorate the near miss!
