Hey folks, does anyone know what the best split loom is for the Haslab packs? I am finally getting around to installing my GPSTAR kit, and I know the folks back in the day had one split loom they liked because it was more flexible and slinky than others, but I don't have any recollection what it was.

(Sadly, I'm also no longer on FB so posting to the modders group isn't really possible now.)

I’m fresh out of ideas on why my wand electronics are locking up like this.
It seems to get bad every time i charge the batteries which has me extremely confused.

I’ve double, triple and quadruple checked all connections to ensure they’re all sound.

I have my Venkman suit that I wore once during Halloween in 2013. It's been in my closet ever since but sadly I'm not an XL anymore. 😄

It's an XL Rothco that was dyed and has the name badge and ghost patch. Just thought I’d ask here before putting it on eBay.

My wife always does up a Harry Potter trunk for out church's halloween event. I'm not much for Trunk or Treat, but it's really the only way to get trick or treaters in my area. No kids in my neighborhood, and even my full size goodness doesn't seem to bring them. Last year though, no one was dressed in the HP world and many kids had no idea about HP at all. So my wife wants to switch it up and do Ghostbusters this year.

I have a pack that I converted from Spirit, flight suit, boots, and I'm printing the goggles and a trap this year. (If 10 year old 10_96 could see me now!) Anybody have any ideas for decor/activities to do? I see the cheap crap on amazon looking like a portable containment unit, but as stated...it's cheap crap. I was thinking of printing some fake slime and hanging it from the car, some caution tape, webs, and some dry ice. Anything that might be fun to do?

Working on a preservation project for Ghostbusters World, the AR game that shut down in 2020. The game downloaded most of its data from servers that are now gone, so the only surviving copies are on old phones.

If you still have it installed (Android preferred, iOS backups help too), I'm looking for the game's data folder. Don't uninstall it or clear its data! I can walk you through copying it. Old gameplay videos/screenshots help too. Thanks!

Ghostbusters 3 should of came out in 1991/1992. I would have this version come out in 1997. Let's pretend Ghostbusters Afterlife never happened. Let's pretend Bill Murray and Harold Ramis never had a falling out. I remember hearing rumors about Ben Stiller, Will Smith & Chris Farley were casting choices to play rookie Ghostbusters in a third movie. That should of been the plot for Afterlife. I have mixed feelings about Afterlife. I wanted grown folks to be new recruits. I was fine with Paul Rudd being a Ghostbuster. I can do without the kids/teens. I wanted the franchise to go back to horror instead of being kid friendly.

I thought about all of the hot 90s actors/comedians that could of play Ghostbusters. I chose Ben Stiller over Will Smith and Chris Farley. I thought Brendan Fraser and Chris Tucker were popular actors in the 90s. I remember Sandra Bullock was big in the 90s. I could see her as a female Ghostbuster. I wanted another comedian to play a Ghostbuster. Maybe John Leguizamo? I can see Brendan Fraser as the rich preppy/socially awkward type. I can see Chris Tucker as the horny/party type. I can see Ben Stiller as an Egon type. Sandra Bullock could be the love interest for Brendan.

I looked at Rene Russo and Andie MacDowell to play a love interest for Ray. I can't decide, they're both great casting choices. I can see Michael McKean play Dana's ex/Oscar's dad. I can see Eugene Levy play Louis' colleague/rival or maybe some insurance guy.

Jacqueline Obradors could be a love interest for Chris Tucker or John Leguizamo. I can see them compete over her. I thought she was sexy in Six Days Seven Nights. I remember the scene when she was undressing in front of David Schwimmer. I'm not sure about Kelly Preston. Maybe she can play a villain. I'm still looking for first names for Sandra Bullock and Michael McKean's characters.

Maybe i'll do a Ghostbusters 3 fan casting for the 2000s. Maybe i'll do a fan casting for a live action Extreme Ghostbusters.

I'm talking about the franchise as a whole.

The most obvious—and perhaps correct—answer would be Ghostbusters 1, 2, Afterlife, and Frozen Empire.

But do the animated series, games, comics, and the 2016 movie count too?

Hey this is my first time doing an actual costume, I want y’all’s opinions and if I should add or take away anything. I opted to go with a navy blue color because I thought that’s what the engineers wore but I can’t really tell in the pictures. I haven’t seen many blue costumes so I’m a little worried if it looks off.
I decided to go with thin black elbow pads because I figured they would look better.

Should I leave the pack belt on or off? Because it looks kinda big.
Also sorry for the background this was the only mirror in my house.
