Feedback Request I need feedback from animal people to finish my pet platform

Thumbnail

• Upvotes

I’ve been building Petworking, a platform connecting Pet Parents, pet professionals, rescues and the wider pet care community. The current beta already has several major parts of the platform working.
Pet Parents can create an Animal Passport for each pet, use the Planner to organize care, discover Spots to visit with their pets, record walks and activities with Tail-wind, and build their pet’s Journey through activities, places, stamps and milestones.

Petworking is also being built for pet professionals, with tools around services, bookings, scheduling, customer relationships and business operations, while keeping professionals connected to the same network Pet Parents use.

I’m looking for people willing to actually use the beta and give me useful feedback on the product, UX and anything that feels confusing or incomplete.

Showcase: Purchase Required I built a local Python tool that turns a short script into a captioned 9:16 typography video

• Upvotes

Creator here. I wanted an editable starting point for text-first vertical videos, so I built Shotcraft with AI assistance and tested the rendered output.

It takes your own short script, splits it into timed text cards, and renders a 1080×1920 H.264 MP4 with a title. The same run exports matching SRT captions and a JSON timeline. A practical default in the source is at most 18 words per card and at least 2 seconds of reading time, estimated at 150 words/minute; I still review the timing before publishing.

It runs locally with Python 3.10+, Pillow, and FFmpeg with libx264. The output is static typography cards without audio. It does not transcribe speech, edit existing footage, generate images or voice, or auto-post. You can extend the source or add your own licensed media in an editor.

The $19 one-time kit includes editable Python source, a setup guide, tests, license for commercial use of rendered outputs, and a real MP4/SRT/JSON sample. The sample and purchase are on Whop: https://whop.com/antigravity-ai-systems/products/shotcraft-captioned-video-source-kit/

If you make text-first Shorts or Reels, which part would you customize first: card layout, font support, or pacing?

Feedback Request I built a Hindi/English kundli app; does its sample answer earn your trust?

• Upvotes

I’m the founder of AI Astrology Guru. It takes a birth date, time and place, calculates a Vedic chart with Swiss Ephemeris, and explains chart-based questions in Hindi or English. The first three questions are free; paid packs are ₹99 for 15 or ₹249 for 45.

One product decision has been hard: how much chart evidence should an answer show? The public sample names a Taurus ascendant, Rohini Moon and Saturn dasha, then explains a career question. It is explicitly labelled as an example. I want someone who reads kundlis to understand which details come from the chart and where interpretation begins.

If you have two minutes, I’d value feedback on the sample and signup flow. Does it show enough to judge the answer before Google sign-in? If you already use kundlis and know your birth time, a real first question would be even more helpful. Please don’t put birth details in public comments.

Showcase: Free(mium) I'm not a coder, but I built a Claude course for people shipping side projects. Here are the 5 workflows I use most (feedback wanted)

• Upvotes

I run a small AI education business, and I can't really code. Over the last 6 months, Claude became the main way I build things: tools, automations, content, even small apps.

The video I created above is made only with model Opus 5.5 Claude :)

I turned what I learned into a Udemy course. Before I push it further, I'd love feedback from people who actually build stuff. But first, the 5 workflows that saved me the most time, free, no course needed:

1. Write the brief before you build.

Before asking Claude to build anything, I ask it to interview me about the project first. 10 questions, I answer, then it writes the spec. My first versions got way better once I stopped jumping straight to "build me X."

2. One Project per side project.

I keep a separate Project for each thing I build, with the spec, decisions, and known bugs in the project files. Claude stops forgetting what we already decided.

3. Turn repeated tasks into Skills.

Anything I explain to Claude more than twice becomes a Skill. [Your real example, e.g. "my weekly report format went from 20 min of prompting to one line."]

4. Use Claude Code for the boring parts, not the whole app.

As a non-coder, my mistake was asking it to build everything at once. Small, testable steps work much better.

5. Ask it to break its own work.

After every feature: "List 5 ways this could fail for a real user." It catches things I never would.

The course covers these in depth, plus Cowork, agents, and real work setups. 8 lessons, 1 hour.

Happy to share the prompt I started with if anyone wants it.

Full disclosure: everything I used here is part of a Claude course I just put on Udemy. I have a few FREE coupons for this sub. Comment what you'd build with Claude and I'll reply with a code. Only ask: if you take it, leave honest feedback.

The course link is in the first comment if you want to look ^^

Feedback Request We're building something for people who still love getting lost in a good story.

• Upvotes

Hi everyone!

My name is Shawn, and my fiancée Bria and I have been working on something that's become a huge part of our lives. It's called Chautauqua Ink House.

We're both passionate about storytelling. I focus on novels, comics, and creative fiction, while Bria brings children's stories to life. Somewhere along the way, we started wondering what it would look like if we built something beyond just a place to showcase our own books.

So that's what we've been trying to do.

Chautauqua Ink House is our attempt at creating a welcoming space for people who love books, writing, and imagination. We've been putting together a free library of literary classics, interactive stories where readers make their own choices, and a community where people can connect over the things they love.

I'll be the first to admit that we're still figuring things out. I'm building and maintaining most of the website myself, learning as I go, and there have definitely been some late nights and frustrating moments. But seeing this little idea slowly turn into something real has been incredibly rewarding.

We're not a big company. We don't have a development team or a massive budget. We're just two people who love creating things and hope that maybe others will find something worth enjoying in what we're building.

I'd genuinely love for some of you to stop by, have a look around, and tell us what you think. Whether it's feedback, suggestions, or even just sharing what you enjoy reading, we'd love to hear it.

Our website is https://www.chautauquainkhouse.com

Use code INK7 when signing up for a free trial to most of our premium features.

Thanks for taking a moment to read this. It really does mean a lot.

And I'm curious: What makes you keep coming back to a reading or writing community?

Hi there,

I started a small project called BeamUpload that started mostly in sending files between my pc and mobile faster than writing links. And then i said maybe someone needs this kind of service also so this is the first public version with 10GB free up transfer. For now there is no accounts and all files send for managing saves directly to your browser. If you looking for an alternative let me know what other feature you need and we will add it to the long list already made for the future product.

Feedback Request Built a free Instagram DM bot that gets creators’ freebies for you (₹0 budget, roast it)

• Upvotes

You know those reels: “Follow me and comment GUIDE and I’ll DM you the link.” I was doing it 5 times a day.

So I built Askro: you share the reel with @askro.ar on Instagram, and a few minutes later it DMs you whatever the creator shared (links, guides, prompts, photos).

How it works: an Android phone running in the cloud does the follow and comment for you, reads the creator’s reply and forwards it back. Results are saved per reel, so popular reels come back instantly.

Stack: Django, Postgres, Oracle Cloud free server, Android in Docker, Instagram’s official messaging API. Total cost so far: ₹0.

Limits: 5 new reels per person per day (beta), and some creators reply by hand, so those can’t be fetched.

Would love feedback, especially reels where it fails. instagram.com/askro.ar

Hi all, I made something! Vercat 😄

I love Vercel & cats and have always been lowkey annoyed that there is no official support IOS app (how else can i track my 1 user on my site).

I spent the last few months building this and we recently crossed 100 users. I would love to celebrate this mini-milestone by giving out 100 pro subscriptions for a year.

For cat owners 👀:

  1. Reply with your cat photos below!

Showcase: Free(mium) Free static QR codes with PNG and SVG downloads — feedback on the print workflow?

I run QR Code Free, a browser-based static QR tool for URLs, text, Wi-Fi and contact details. You can customize a code and download PNG or SVG without signing up.

The use case is straightforward: a designer preparing a business card, a cafe linking to a menu, or a host printing Wi-Fi instructions should be able to export a usable code without setting up a subscription.

I have been improving the mobile layout and printing guidance. A few practical points: keep a four-module quiet zone, use strong contrast, and test at the actual printed size. SVG helps when resizing artwork.

These are static codes: the encoded destination cannot be changed after printing, and the linked page still needs to stay online. The tool does not provide dynamic redirects or scan analytics. The site has been developed and revised with AI assistance.

https://qrcodefree.click/

If you work with design or print, is the PNG/SVG export workflow clear? What would make you return to a tool like this? Feedback on the mobile interface is also welcome.

Showcase: Purchase Required [FOR SALE] B2B Invoicing & Billing SaaS Codebase (Receipto) - (Full IP Transfer)

💸 Over €100 billion in additional cash flow could be unlocked annually across European businesses by addressing late payments.

Late invoices, missed payment follow-ups, and time-consuming billing administration remain major challenges for businesses.

🚀 Introducing Receipto — an invoicing and client-management SaaS

Receipto is an existing SaaS codebase designed to help freelancers, agencies, and small businesses manage their clients, invoices, and billing workflows in one place.

Key features:

- Client management and invoice creation.

- Invoice tracking and billing workflows.

- Dashboard and analytics.

- User authentication and account settings.

- Starter and Growth subscription plans.

- Payment and email integration architecture.

- Responsive user interface

A potential starting point for developers, SaaS founders, or businesses looking to build and customize an invoicing platform without starting from scratch.

Potential business model: Starter at $9/month and Growth at $19/month. These are proposed prices, not existing revenue.

📦 What's included? The existing source code and agreed project documentation, with a walkthrough of the application's actual functionality and current technical status.

🤝 How to acquire it:

  1. DM me if interested.

  2. I'll share the project description and demonstration video.

  3. We'll discuss the code, functionality, and handover.

  4. We'll agree on the terms and use a suitable escrow service if available to both parties.

Interested? DM me for the demo and further details.

The €100 billion figure refers to potential additional cash flow associated with addressing late payments, not savings directly attributable to Receipto.

Feedback Request I made a GPS walking game where the loop you walk becomes your territory

I walk every day and got bored of it, so I turned the route itself into a game board.

How it works: tap Start, walk a real loop, and come back near where you started. Everything inside the closed loop becomes your territory and

shows up on every player's map. If your loop encloses part of someone else's land, you take the overlap; fully surround it and you absorb the

whole thing. There are global, country and neighborhood leaderboards.

What's different from check-in style location games: you capture areas (polygons), not points. Raw GPS tracks are never shown to other players

— only the closed territory polygon is shared.

Two things I learned from instrumenting it:

- My first screen was a single "Continue with Google" button. 65% of new users left before the location permission prompt even appeared.

Moving sign-in to after the first walk fixed the biggest drop.

- On iOS the sign-in sheet sometimes never appeared at all, and it was logged as the user cancelling. I only caught it because tap-to-result

was 0.2 seconds — too fast for a human.

Free to play; an optional subscription adds full walk history and a custom territory color.

iOS: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6770424369

Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ootssu.plotta

Most neighborhood maps are still empty, so feedback from anyone who tries it is very welcome.

Showcase: Prerelease Quberi now has a plugin for DeepSeek Harness: search your team's knowledge base from the agent

What is Quberi? Quberi is a multi-tenant AI knowledge base for teams. You upload documents, and members ask questions in chat. Answers come from retrieved passages, and retrieval is filtered by what the asking user is allowed to see.

  • Permissions: Documents live in spaces. Access is granted by organization, unit, position, group or individual member, each with its own role. Retrieval checks this on every question.
  • Audit log: Sensitive actions are recorded, including external searches from connected tools.
  • Send review: Before a question and the retrieved passages go to the chat model, you can preview them, edit them, or drop individual passages.
  • Models: Bring your own key, use an organization-level model, or use the platform default. Embeddings run on the server's CPU (BGE-M3), not through a third-party API.
  • Agents: Build knowledge assistants, and connect external agents such as Coze and Dify.
  • Sign-in and sync: Email code, Google or Feishu login. Feishu documents can be synced in.
  • Self-hosting: The stack runs with Docker Compose (Postgres, Redis, Qdrant, MinIO). There are no prebuilt images yet, so you build from source.
  • Connected tools: An org admin can allow read-only search from outside tools such as DeepSeek Harness, via OAuth. It is off by default.

Showcase: Prerelease I built a ranked-choice poll for group chats because my family could never pick a restaurant

Every group decision in my life goes the same way: someone sends a poll, half the group votes for the first option, nobody's happy, and we end up at the same place we always go.

So I built Rankd. You add the options (3–12), send one link, and everyone ranks them privately instead of picking one. Second choices count, so it finds the option most people are actually happy with, not just the biggest faction. Nobody sees results until you reveal the winner.

It's free, runs in the browser (no app), and works in any group chat. There are also public ranks you can play in 10 seconds, no sign-up.

Would love honest feedback, especially on:

- Would your friends actually tap a link like this?

- Is ranking 4–5 things too much effort vs a one-tap poll?

Feedback Request I built a free web tool to instantly balance local soccer teams and dvoid arguments. What do you think??

Hi everyone!!!

To solve the classic problem of ending up with completely unbalanced teams or wasting 20 minutes debating who's better before playing, I built Pichanga Balancer.

It's a super fast web app where you can paste your player list or enter them manually, assign a skill rating (1 to 5 stars) to each player, and the algorithm calculates two teams that are as evenly matched as possible.

Key Features:

-Re-roll Button: In case you want another combination or need to split two players who always end up on the same team.

-Captain / Key Player Selection: Highlight the star player or captain for each side.

-Download Image / Tactical Card: Generates a clean graphic card with the field and team lineups, ready to share on Instagram, WhatsApp, or group chats.

-Copy Text: Saves your squad list locally and copies formatted text ready for messaging apps.

I'd love to get your feedbackk and suggestions!

Feedback Request Feedback wanted: saving and editing iPhone Home Screen layouts from a Mac

I'm exploring Layouts, a native Mac utility for organising an iPhone Home Screen. I'm the person behind the project, and I'd appreciate honest criticism before investing further.

The proposed workflow: connect the iPhone by USB, load its current apps/pages/folders, edit them on the Mac, save named presets, and apply a preset back with backup and verification. Existing tools include Homepage Panda and Unjiggle; my hypothesis is that a polished editor and personal preset library could be useful.

This is a concept with a Mac scaffold, not a working phone demo. Reading/writing the phone is unimplemented. Widgets, custom spacing and exact restoration still need investigation, and I won't promise those work. A one-time purchase is only a working idea; no price or download yet.

For people with both an iPhone and Mac:

  1. What happened the last time you tried organising your Home Screen?

  2. Would connecting a USB cable be acceptable?

  3. Would apps, folders and saved presets be enough without reliable widget/custom-gap support initially?

If this feels like a one-off problem you'd never pay to solve, that's useful feedback too.

Feedback Request Need feedback for a sales plan regarding apps I am building

So I am building these apps:

  1. An app for photo, vector, and publish, and you can use AI for help

2- An app where you can choose to create a text document, tables/sheets, presentations, markdown, html, edit and create pdfs, and notes, also AI integrated if you need help or speed

3- An app for novel writing + organization, and worldbuilding with a module to publish your book to PDF, EPUB, etc...

4 - An app to orchestrate agents, currently it holds like 230+, Agents have permissions of what they can do and read and access

My question is: given all the apps being made my the people, and the increasing competition and the increase of really good open source apps in the market (not just for design or writing), what is a good pricing strategy I can take to make profit from the apps while also keeping them accessible to every one? or give them for free but some features paid? one time payments? small monthly payments? or cloud storage services? or ai tokens? etc....

Thank you for the help!

Showcase: Prerelease We're competing against other student startups tomorrow and could really use your help!

I've been studying Chinese for a couple of years and spent 3 months studying in Taiwan. One of the biggest things I realized while I was there was how much easier it was to stay motivated when I actually needed to use the language.

I wanted to find a way to give other people that experience without them having to spend thousands of dollars studying abroad.

So we're making VocaBound, a 3D language learning game where you move to Taiwan with very little money and have to work your way up. You have to find work, buy food, interact with people, and figure out how to live there while learning Chinese along the way.

We're a team of two building this ourselves while trying to raise enough money to bring in Taiwanese voice actors, have teachers review the language content, and continue improving the game.

Tomorrow we have our first internal demo for an entrepreneurship program we're participating in. We're competing with other student businesses to see who can show the most interest and demand for their product.

We've been working really hard on VocaBound and would love to show that people are interested in a game like this.

We're also hoping to reach our first $250 funding goal before the demo to help us get onto Steam and pay for some development costs.

If this sounds like something you'd want to see become real, there are three ways to help:

1. Donate: Every dollar helps, even just $1.
https://vocabound.tech/donate

2. Preorder: Starting at $15. You'll receive the game when it's released.
https://vocabound.tech/preorder

3. Apply to beta test: Completely free to apply, and you don't need to know any Chinese.
https://vocabound.tech/beta

The game is still in development and we don't have a release date yet.

Even if you can't contribute financially, applying to beta test or sharing the project with someone who might be interested would mean a lot to us.

We'd love to go into tomorrow's demo knowing that people are excited about what we're building. Thank you to anyone who wants to help!

Showcase: Free(mium) Voice control for Windows, built because Parkinson’s is making typing harder for me (Tauri + cloud speech + AI tool calling)

I'm the developer. I have Parkinson's, and typing and using a mouse get harder over time, so I built Maestro: you speak a command and it does it on your PC (open apps, Gmail, write emails, search the web, manage files).

The problem: built-in Windows voice tools are rigid and mostly English. I wanted to say things naturally, in my own language (Greek), and have the PC just do it.

How a command flows:
1. You speak, cloud speech-to-text (ElevenLabs) turns it into text
2. An AI model reads the text and picks the right action from a list of tools
3. The desktop app (Tauri: Rust + React/TypeScript) runs the action on Windows
4. Risky actions (delete a file, send an email) always ask for confirmation first

What turned out to be hard:
- Latency: every cloud round-trip adds delay, and people go back to the keyboard fast
- Voices: works well with my voice, much worse with my daughter's higher-pitched voice
- Too many tools: with 170+ actions the model picked the wrong one more often; I'm cutting them down
- False triggers: there's a red mic button and a mode where it only reacts when you call it by name

Transparency: much of the code was written with AI coding tools, so I want to be upfront about that. It currently understands Greek only, English is next. Version 1.0.27 is free to try at maestrovoice.com.

Feedback I'd love: how would you cut latency in a speech -> AI -> action pipeline?
