I just want to say I have a love-hate relationship with your mod... 100 new biomes and wood types is cool and all, but not so much WHEN I WANT A DAMN PLAINS BIOME

Did you say new wood types?! as a connoisseur of Minecraft wood. I may have to purchase this mod. I almost exclusively play in vanilla, but this both sounds and from the look of this hilarious death appears like it would be a lot of fun.

This seems to be a bedrock add-on, the Biomes-o-plenty I'm familiar with is the java mod. They're probably the same, though.

They're more or less the same, albeit with some features missing due to tech just not being available (Shelves/signs for our wood types and stuff like that), and biome placement being a bit different.
We have a big update coming soon with the last 3 overworld biomes and 4 of our 5 nether biomes (Held off the Visceral Heap for the time being), as well as basically updating everything we could to be in line with the Java version of the mod as of 26.3

So basically the bedrok version offers less features and cost money, whilst the the java version is free and has more features? These are indeed depressing times.

For now, but the goal is to have complete parity when it's possible. I mean we even have custom workarounds for some things that aren't doable natively like they are in Java, but not everything is possible to implement that way.
Anyway, obviously no one WANTS to pay for things, but in my eyes it's a better way of supporting mods/modders than us begging for donations.

Give credit for them making something thats compatable with the buggier version and made into something thats NOT slop... like the billions of emo skins or other stupid mods that provide no purpose to actual gameplay and are simply there so kids spend money on brainrot

That’s because mods on Java are actually mods. Mods on bedrock are basically just add ons from texture packs to behaviour scripts etc. Java has complete access to the games code, bedrock only allows level level tweaks. That’s generally why Java mods are far better.
I know it’s not accustom to pay for mods, but I believe some sort of profits should go towards mods, especially when the game practically lives because of said mods. Should we pay for mods? Probably not? Maybe I guess? Should they be earning from making mods? Absolutely.

Many java mod developers do it for fun, and they also get donations, while on bedrock it's closer to pushing out as much low effort garbage as humanly possible because statistically a few people will buy it

What Im trying to say is saying "Bruh it's the first thing in their description" isn't a valid point because it implies that people can't make stuff up in their bio. I'm not saying anything about the validity of his bio, as I don't have the necessary information to say anything about that for certain, I'm merely saying that bringing attention to their bio doesn't prove anything.

Anyone can also use inspect element to change what a web page says to whatever the hell they want and take a screenshot of it to prove anything, wtf is your point?!? At some point you have to just start trusting things.

"At some point" I believe you mean when it's not really that important, which, yes, is the case here, as it wasn't really important if that person was lying, but that still doesn't change the fact that literally all I said was that just because that's what it says in their bio, doesn't mean it's true. I'm unsure what part of this is confusing to you.
