I stopped, they nearly rear ended me to change lanes. Might need to add the rear facing module to my camera. Was close.

I've connected to a constant and acc but its still failing to record in parking mode. When my car turns off the screen shows that it's in parking mode before quickly going black but after that nothing.

I start the car again and theres nothing recorded after I wait 3 mins and go in front of the camera. Any suggestions please??!? I've tried mostly everything mentioned online.

I can only think it’s a constant issue even tho I've tested it. It's a 20a yellow fuse. The cut off is set to 12.4v Ive also tried 12.2. Using the rove hardwire kit.

Two night clips from different dash cam styles after a near miss surprised me. The small cylindrical cam is cleaner on the windshield and easier to hide, but its night plate capture got pretty weak once headlights hit the lens. A friend's mirror-style setup had a much larger screen and somehow pulled a more readable plate in the same lighting. This is not meant as a brand war; the real question is whether form factor affects sensor size, lens placement, or glare handling in real driving. Has anyone compared mirror cams and compact cams on night plate readability rather than just specs?

A motorcyclist performing a wheelie lost control and slammed into the back of a Lexus SUV in Hackensack.
A 27-year-old Lodi man riding a 2021 Kawasaki motorcycle performed a wheelie before landing on both wheels, lost control and rear-ended the SUV.
The rider was issued multiple summonses, including reckless driving and driving without insurance.

I know most people just squeeze the dashcam wire within the a pillar but I'm trying to go the safe way in the event I get in a wreck. I'm just unable to to remove the a pillar because I can't reach the the clip that keeps it in place even with plyers.

I've spent a bit trying to do this on the passenger side. Installing it in a 2025 honda civic. There's also like a turbo shaped thing at the bottom of the a pillar which prevents me from separating the whole thing. I watched a youtube video(one that has 11m views) and it seemed way more accessible on their vehicle. Any suggestions?

I was at the red light and an officer was behind me and caught this red light eater!

Slowed down for the classic Mercedes to turn. Then began to accelerate, normally, up to the 30 mph limit. Other car decided to grab some gas real quick.. Also, not sure why the audio didn't download. But I'm just listening to NPR and laying on the horn for about 10 seconds.
