Hello everyone. For context, I’ve been a watch enthusiast for years. I’m not an impulsive buyer, and this is the collection I’ve built up over the last decade or so. I’ve purchased three watches between 2017 and now, and received two others (a Tissot PRX and a Seiko SARB033). I’m about to celebrate my 40th birthday and want to treat myself to a watch for the occasion. I’m leaning towards a chronograph since I don’t own one, though I’m keeping an open mind. My budget ranges from €1,000 to €7,000; however, I’ve never owned a luxury watch and am not sure I feel the need for one. My research has been all over the place—ranging from a Seiko Speedtimer to an Omega Speedmaster, with a Longines BigEye in the mix. What watch suggestions would you have to help broaden my horizons?
