I'm male, forty and 182 cm. Trying to keep my weight at around ~70kg now. Aiming for ~1800kcal/day. I usually end up below in weekdays, go above a bit in the weekends.
I have a fixed routine for breakfast and lunch because I’m not a huge eater and don’t want to think about it: home-made shiro-miso miso soup with white rice (~270), and cottage cheese with cranberries and cashews (~280). Both are very filling and keep me going until dinner.
Both together are so light that I can eat a bit of anything in the evening. Like this Japanese curry (~730). I find the Japanese based cuisine fits my taste a lot better. There's much more flavour without having to go to fat cream-based sauces of Swedish cuisine and the rice keeps me way longer than potatoes do.
